Crooked Creek Campground is an RV park located 5.6 km east of Waterton Lakes National Park. Waterton Lakes National Park is, also, an International Peace Park with Glacier National Park in Montana. Our campground has 80 sites all with a majestic view of the mountains, 35 are seasonal sites.
We are looking for a retired couple to each work 20 hours per week, in exchange for a full serviced site with laundry facilities, from May 1 – September 30. who will commit for the duration of the season, The type of work the couple would do is, lawn maintenance, washroom maintenance, cover office and phone when needed, and other general maintenance work as needed. Because we are located near a National park, we get many international travelers, photographers, hikers, golfers and fisherman.. Resident Managers - Denver, CO

Duties and Responsibilities: The Resident Manager / Managers shall manage the operations, maintenance and service of the Association and its property as directed by the Board of Directors and shall provide the following primary services:
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day affairs of the Association, recognizing that he/she is responsible for the well-being, safety and comfort of approximately forty tenants and the maintenance of a property worth many millions of dollars.
2. Manage and supervise the security of the building, including oversight of the contractor providing security personnel.
3. Manage and supervise the maintenance of the building in accordance with the annual budget and in the event of unexpected repairs, including th preparation of contract bid requests, close supervision of work quality and progress and maintenance of a written record of the outcome of each significant maintenance event.
4. Supervise all service contracts affecting the property, including utilities, gardening, cleaning, etcetera.
5. Purchase all supplies, materials, services and equipment on behalf of the Association in accordance with budget guidelines and arrange payment for such by preparation of checks for execution by the Treasureer of the Association or other designated Directors.
6. Subject to the supervison of the Association's auditor, maintain the accounts of the Association, including preparation of a monthly income and expense statement and a balance sheet. Preparation of the annual budget is the responsibility of the Board of Directors with the assistance of the Manager/s.
7. Collect Home Owners Association dues and special assessments and make all necessary bank deposits.
8. Insofar as the above responsibilities are first met - and personal errands allow - staff the reception area desk from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday in order to greet and assist tenants and visitors in a professional and warm manner.
9. In the even of emergenceis at whatever hour, assist tenants, visitors and emergency personnel if at all possible.
Some examples of secondary duties that may, or may not, be included in the above primary responsibilities:
a) Conduct personal maintenance such as the replacement of burn out light bulbs in public areas, watering flower pots at the entrance and on the patio, light cleaning of the garage, cleaning snow from the immediate area of the entrance before operating the Association's plow to clear walks, driveway and a path to the parking area, cleaning the outdoor light fixtures when needed - probably annually - and maintaining the timers of such.
b) Assist service contractors such as: the gardeners by watering as requested, repair personnel by giving them appropriate access, etcetera.
c) Assist the tenants by: delivering newspapers on weekdays by 6:45am, scheduling the use of the Guest Suite and Party Room and conducting the cleanup of these for a fee, changing the elevator codes as requested, maintaining an up-to-date homeowner roster, preparing and posting notices to all residents, etcetera.
d) Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors and attend the meetings of such when so requested.

Job Responsibilities

· Market the community to target markets. Utilize digital, print, and other advertising sources creatively to drive high quantity and quality traffic.
· Provide consistent education and enforcement of all rules and regulations of the community. Report rule violations promptly with plans to correct the violations.
· Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed.

Property Manager for Active 55+ Resort
Due to the fast paced nature of the job, we need the Property Manager to be highly organized and able to multi-task proficiently. In addition, the ideal Property Manager must bring a positive attitude to the team and residents every day.
Other requirements for the Property Manager include:
· College Degree preferred.
· Required to live on-site (housing provided).
· Proven track record of success.
· Demonstrated mastery of Sales, Marketing, Financial, and Managerial skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

OVERVIEW OF JOB
Boys Town New York is seeking a Family Teaching Couple based in Brooklyn or Queens. As ourFamily-Teaching Couple you will provide direct care for 6 - 8 at-risk youth through creating a safe and loving family style living environment. Living on-site in a Boys Town Family home, together you will be provide youth with moral, spiritual, and educational development needed for future success. This includes providing emotional support utilizing praise, positive feedback, affection, and empathy to build one’s self-confidence and respect. Through the use of the Boys Town Model you will guide and teach youth appropriate skills and behaviors. Using rational problem solving techniques you will teach youth critical thinking skills, assist with behavioral problems, counsel through personal issues, and provide crisis intervention when needed. As our Family Teaching Couple you will plan, participate, and provide opportunities for individual and family activities that are both educational and entertaining. Through displaying and teaching parenting, family, and relationship skills to youth, legal guardians, and caretakers you will help create collaborative relationships and family engagement. You will maintain contact with both internal and external consumers/agencies to obtain and/or provide information regarding youth’s behaviors, strategies, and progress. As our Family Teaching Couple you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing written records for household budgeting, tracking youth progress, reporting incidents/behaviors, and documenting youth medical needs and appointments. REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, OR SKILLS
- To be at least 21years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, some college credit is preferred
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to pass a MVR Check
- Ability and desire to work and live with youth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
