We are seeking a working couple to help us operate , manage and maintain this spectacular property. Duties are in restaurant primarily maintenance and repair. The major portion of the job is attending to guests and reservations, maintaining grounds, gardens and buildings. Think about the last time you stayed in a hotel or lodge, Imagine the many small details the made it pleasant and comfortable for the guest. That will be your Job.
We offer lodging on the property. A recently remolded, 1 bedroom, 14' x 40' modular unit with utilities is included. Please NO dogs. The position will be open May 1.

Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.
