• Almost 12,000 sq ft. (7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms) on about an acre in upscale, gated community in in Orange County, CA, pool, and a 1,200 sq. ft. staff apartment with 2 floors connected to the main home with a breezeway.
Other Staff:
• Long term Housekeeper M-F 7AM-3:30PM
Notes:
• Mr. & Mrs. travel several weeks each year
• Family prefers high level of daily cleaning, allergies to dust.

Mobile home park in St. Petersburg is looking for managers to live on site. They will be responsible for daily operations including collecting rent, renting units, preparing paperwork for rentals and rent to own units. Must be able to work hand and hand with the maintenance department and keep all units up and ready to be rented. Lead community events and special events

Light maintenance:  general appearance of property, toilet and sink maintenance, light bulbs, resident maintenance requests

Light office work including rent collection and recording, maintaining onsite activity list

Answer phones, market community

Monitor and maintain indoor pool and spa
