Couple Needed to Run Small Franchised Motel and Storage Facility. - Orlando, FL

We are looking for a self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, experienced couple to manage a 30-room franchised motel and a 200 unit storage facility. You must have excellent customer service skills and excellent computer skills. Responsibilities include, but not limited to online reservations, guest check in/out, front desk service, reservation management, overseeing small housekeeping staff, and some laundry duties. Must be able to speak fluent English. One partner will run the hotel the other the storage facility. Both company's are located on the same property.

This is a live in position.  2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on site house will be provided.

Salary will be determined on experience.

NON smoking couple only please.

This is also an on call position. One partner must be available 24 hours, so this job would not be suitable for a couple with children.

Must be able to pass an in-depth background check.
