Come to our sub-tropical paradise in Pharr, TX this winter.  We need couples to work at Tip O'Texas RV Resort.  Work the same 12 hours each, per week for RV site & electric.

She would work in our office making reservations, accepting payments, answering phones & using PC for reports.  Good customer service skills & general office experience a plus.

He would work through our maintenance area where we usually discover a special talent to utilize from your experience.  Our maintenance crew does the lawn care.

We are a very active senior park with more activities than there is time to squeeze them all in.  Our "winter" schedule runs from Oct 1 to Apr 30.

Lodge/Hospitality Caretaker - Central Coast, CA

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Director of Veteran’s Affairs for Serving California, the Lodge Caretaker Couple will serve as a passionate, personable, high-energy, motivated, self-starter couple with good communication skills and experienced in hospitality services. Be comfortable living in a remote area outside of Paso Robles, California. Be a qualified, hands-on professional couple with strong family values and integrity on and off the job to be managers and concierge of the SkyRose Lodge for Serving California. Couple must be equipped for Christian Ministry events on the property. Couple will be act as concierge staff to Lodge events to include; veteran events (male and female), marriage seminars, and outside company weekend events. Couple will work with Serving California staff and vendors during events to give guests the highest level of quality care possible.

Job Requirements:

• Provide hospitality and concierge services at SkyRose Ranch and the Lodge for guests, visitors, and owners.
• Communicate with visitors, vendors, and staff regarding activities and information regarding the Ranch and Lodge; including logistical transport to the lodge. 
• Airport pickups of Lodge guest in company vehicle. 
• Daily upkeep to include but not limited to: interior and exterior maintenance, daily housekeeping, laundry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, gardening and grounds keeping, landscaping, scheduling.
• Overall management of facilities calendar.
• Serve as initial point of contact for lodge use applications in coordination with Serving California Director(s) for approval. 
• Manage files related to lodge administration.
• Overseeing vendors for: culinary, vehicle care, laundry, domestic animals, housekeeping/specialty cleaning.
• Assist with hiring and training additional staff for the Lodge as needed.
• Handling emergencies as applicable.
• Interviewing and supervising outside contractors.
• Be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
• Manage household accounts.
• Ability to plan and prepare meals for 10 to 50 people.
• Basic office skills to include but not limited to: answering phones, e-mails, marketing, management of office calendar.
• Any and all other duties as needed.

We are looking for an experienced, live-in manager of our downtown Spokane Motel. We are shifting form nightly to weekly rentals only and need an experienced person(s) to run the 52 room motel. Open office hours to be only 8 hours per day with all hours phone service. Starting at 18k/year+living quarters+utilities+bonus paid each month for occupied rooms. At full occupancy, $36,720 annual pay. Duties to include: interviewing possible tenants, rent collection, supervising property and tenant adherence to rules and evictions when needed.
