Weekly Room Motel Management Team or Individual - Spokane, WA

We are looking for an experienced, live-in manager of our downtown Spokane Motel. We are shifting form nightly to weekly rentals only and need an experienced person(s) to run the 52 room motel. Open office hours to be only 8 hours per day with all hours phone service. Starting at 18k/year+living quarters+utilities+bonus paid each month for occupied rooms. At full occupancy, $36,720 annual pay. Duties to include: interviewing possible tenants, rent collection, supervising property and tenant adherence to rules and evictions when needed.
