Private Domestic Service Couple - Household Management - Denver, CO

Seeking well-qualified domestic service couple to provide a high quality lifestyle to two busy corporate executives, in their South Denver, CO home.
Position Description
This unique opportunity requires the couple to be committed to a long-term assignment.
· Both individuals must pass clearance of criminal, MVR, I-9, credit and employment background check.
· Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
· Must sign an employment/salary agreement.
· Both must hold a valid CO Driver’s License, with no DUI or DWAI in any driving history.
· Must live on property. Employer provides newly built, fully furnished, detached 1,200 square foot apartment with separate private entrance, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator w/icemaker, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. All utilities, cable and internet access paid.
· Position generally requires a 40-50 hour workweek, with respect to work/life balance. However, must be available to provide 24/7 care, and be open to flexible schedules and work certain holidays when needed.
Female
Must be flexible to provide early morning household support, meal preparation, late afternoon, evening cocktail parties, and assistance as needed for daily support, workweek, and weekend entertaining.
Male
Manage an automobile fleet/garage for 9 vehicles that include dealership maintenance schedules, fuel, detailing, luggage handling, drive/transport to and from airport, drive/transport to/from various venues for various family members and guests. Property management any handyman/trouble shooting skills/knowledge of trades.
Both
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., grasp with hands, walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time, and safely operate a variety of household appliances, equipment, and operate motor vehicles. Tasks include:
· Provide a variety of household tasks from cleaning, food preparation, special errands, shopping, service/serving food/beverages to guests for workweek and weekend entertaining, housekeeping duties, laundry, and deep cleaning projects.
· Provide on property security checks, and monitor the property.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, may be required to work certain holidays, and be available for special projects as assigned.

WORK CAMPERS - Mission, TX

• Must demonstrate excellent sales/leasing skills by minimizing vacancy (maintaining an occupancy rate of 100%)
• Shows prospective tenants available suites, processes tenant applications and lease agreements
• Responsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and following procedures of serving notices to tenants Operations:
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building (general maintenance and cleaning)
• Ensure the apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards
• Pro-actively inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required • Responsible for "move-in, move-out" procedures.

Technical Skills:

Caretaker (Couple) - Parsippany, NJ

The Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms seeks a caretaker or caretaker couple who desire to work as a key part of an enthusiastic team and are interested in a rent free apartment in lieu of salary. The caretaker helps ensure the smooth, safe, and cleaning functioning of the Museum facilities. The position supports events that take place at the museum and is on the front lines during emergencies.
Required to work an average 12-15 hours per week. Most work may be completed in the afternoons or evenings. Some weekend work, including 3 key weekends n the spring and fall, is required. Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively. Interest in historic preservation is a define plus. This is a permanent position, available immediately.
Responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively with the staff on tasks related to set-up and clean-up of all programs, special events, meetings, and rentals. Typical tasks include setting up chairs, tables, tents and other program supplies; guiding parking, hanging banners and trash removal;
Working with museum shop staff to manage incoming deliveries and move boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, into and out of storage;
Scheduling and overseeing HVAC system and other preventative maintenance;
Working with Executive Director to develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule;
Performing routine repairs and basic maintenance;
General policing of litter and debris in both landscaped and wooded areas across the 30-acre grounds;
Clearing snow and salting walkways to facilitate opening;
General housekeeping, including trash/recycling removal, sweeping, routine cleaning of public bathrooms (alternating with a bi-weekly cleaning service);
Maintaining inventory of supplies required for maintenance functions;
Responding to emergenc calls and alarms, if necessary;
Participting in bi-weekly staff meetings.
Hotel Managers - Nosara, Costa Rica

The managers will be responsible for all onsite guest services, all guest communications, managing all bookings, managing the onsite gardener and cleaning staff.
