Primary duties will include:
a) Sell and market self storage units and moving merchandise - requires extensive outside marketing.
b) Must be comfortable with paper work, telephone and computers as well as working in an office environment.
c) Clean and maintain facility; Minor maintenance such as sweeping hallways, units, and grounds, changing lights, painting, etc.
d) Customer Service; This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers. Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills.

Required:
* Must have at least 5 years experience managing storage facility
* Must be knowledgeable with lien laws and other CA state storage facility laws

This is a full time position.

Russian speaking Live-in couple housekeepers/driver - London

This is a live-in position calls for couple to work as housekeeper and driver in east sussex. You need to work five days a week and the salary is negotiable.

You will be provided with your own cottage.

One of you need to speak Russian and CRB is needed.

Animal Rights and Rescue group is a small No-Kill organisation. Most of our rescue animals live in foster homes with about 6 dogs and 10 cats living at our Animal centre that has a 7 day roster of volunteers who attend to care for the animals, office and grounds.

The part time caretaker position involves being on duty at the weekend, after hours and 1 rostered day during the week. The position is only suited to fit and active people with knowledge of gardening, ride on and hand mower some handyperson skills and MUST be loving and experienced with dog and cats for hands on care, walking and cleaning for the dogs and cats.

The 'Rent Free' accommodation is a basic detached furnished shed with a kitchen, bathroom, lounge and l bedroom and positioned privately on the animal centre property which is approx 1.5 acre site. The location is approx 5 minute drive from Lismore in Northern Rivers region Far North Coast NSW Australia and the position is for 6 month agreement after a 1 month trial to ensure both parties are satisfied. Start date as soon as possible following interview.

We offer a large 2-bedroom beautiful apartment with utilities paid, full medical package, vacation and sick pay; along with an hourly wage, incentives and bonus programs.  Wage based on experience, approx. $12.00 per hour, each, to start.  40-hour week with Sundays and Mondays off.

2) Grounds Position Requirements:  Light maintenance skills, great customer service attitude, neat appearance, some computer, and self-motivated to maintain the facility.  MUST be able to walk the long hallways and go up and down stairs throughout the day.

Experience with under 30 foot power boat operation and routine outboard maintenance.

Knowledge of marine safety and navigation with valid POC (Pleasure Craft Operator Card)

General knowledge in grounds keeping, gardening and housekeeping.

Mechanical aptitude with experience in operations of equipment and machinery, knowledge of mechanics, electrical, water/desal systems, generators and building maintenance an asset.
