Manager Couple Needed: MH & RV Community - Springfield, MO

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home and RV Community Manager Team in Springfield, MO. This motivated management team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a salary, a wonderful manager's house, including an allowance for utility expenses, gas allowance, cell phone allowance, and health insurance after 3 months of employment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are normal weekdays (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Every other weekend includes being "on-call". Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Achieving Community goals and objectives.
Review and screen potential applicants
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies
Check-In/Out RV Guests
Home sales (if applicable)
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce park rules and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs, such as newsletters, activities, or potlucks
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

PROPERTY MANAGER(S) FOR MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY - Clarkston, MI

Management company seeking an experienced couple or an individual that is willing to live onsite. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to effectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Will be responsible for tenant documentation and files, control delinquency beyond general rent collections and must be physically able to conduct daily walk-throughs of the community to inspect homes & homesites. Other responsibilities include leasing, marketing, resident relations, enforce community guidelines/rules, upkeep and maintain overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat & welcoming.
Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections experience, customer service, and/or a sales background. Bilingual is a plus. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Large Self Storage / Boat & RV Facility needs a Management Team - McKinney, TX

on-site managers for our large RV/ boat and self storage facility in
McKinney, TX.
McKinney is a suburb north of Dallas in a nice, growing,
middle-to-upper-income area. We are building a brand new office and
additional units, as we continue to grow. You need to be adaptable to
change and great with customers.
The Area Manager and Owner will office on
premises; this is a busy property, so we are seeking only eager "go getters"
willing to go the extra mile. A brand new one bedroom, on-site apartment is
available for the right couple. We will most likely pick out brand new
furniture for it too.
Work hours are Mon-Fri, 9 to 6 and Sat 9-3. We are
looking for a team that wants to stay with us for at least a year or two.
Salary: $3000 per month per couple. One week vacation after 6 months.
