This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Director of Marketing and Sales, Head of Maintenance and take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude.
The ideal candidates must be excellent leaders and managers, possess strong organizational skills, and follow-through on multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess excellent communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and have a passion for exceptional customer service while maintaining fiscal responsibility. FLUENCY IN SPANISH is required from at least one management member.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance and upkeep is one of the biggest issues, contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential.
Computer, administrative and people skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & great advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Review and screen potential applicants
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary

Home sales
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce park rules and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs, such as newsletters, activities, or potlucks

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative skill set: Good basic computer skills are necessary for use with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet use and onsite management software. Applicants must have a professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with our clientele. Duties include collection of rents, maintaining occupancy levels, documentation for resident files, processing and screening of applicants for residency in the community and enforcement of community standards. Daily invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling and daily interaction with residents, including conflict resolution abilities are necessary.
Maintenance skill set: Hands on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet timelines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are general maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance and subcontractor approval and supervision and the ability to interact professionally with residents.

On-site Manager/Caretaker Couple for 180 Unit Duplex Community - Rapid City, SD
