Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Housekeeper Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Store Clerk Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).

Our growing property management firm is looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at our beautiful community (approx. 40 units) in downtown Campbell within walking distance to Pruneyard and all downtown shops. Teams preferred.
This is a part time position responsible for the daily operation and care of the property. This position is ideal for someone in a team that can stay home while the other person holds a full-time job offsite. Compensation includes a salary and a free apartment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Completing leases and administrative paperwork
- Recording rents/monies and making timely bank deposits
- Issuing notices to residents as needed and enforcing apartment rules
- Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
- Inspecting and cleaning property daily
- Performing maintenance and janitorial work as needed
- Coordinating vendors onsite as needed
- Processing work orders, enforcing rules and performing other duties as assigned
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Complete understanding of Fair Housing
- Good references
- Must pass background check, credit check

SALARY

Our care providers are responsible for working with the individuals on day to day operations of the ranch along with overseeing their established daily routines.
$60,000 per couple, private suite, food, utilities and mileage provided along with comprehensive benefit package. Respite is provided one weekend per month.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the requirements for Washington State Development Disabilities Admistration (DDA) Individual Care Providers which includes a current CPR/First Aid card. Employment shall be contingent upon the results of background check.
- Physically and mentally capable of performing the requirements of each residents care plan.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; prior education, training or experience working with developmentally disabled adults will be given preference.
- Ability to recognize natural teaching opportunities and act on them. Ability to handle personal care tasks with sensitivity and caring.
- Must have a high energy level, adaptability, patience, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
