FT / PT Caretakers positions for private campground - Kittitas County, WA

Private Membership Campground in Kittitas county WA is accepting resumes for two 2-person teams, one Full-time caretakers and one Part-time caretakers.


Inside person duties:
Shall cover the office during business hours, answer phones, sell sundries and maintain the cash register. 

Outside person duties:
Shall maintain grounds, collect garbage, clean restrooms, and showers, dispense propane and keep up with repairs to facilities and equipment. Possible snow plowing in the winter.

Compensation: 

*The Full-time Caretaker Team is provided with an apartment, utilities and a salary.

*The Assistant Caretaker positions are for 2 days a week. 
We furnish covered parking for your RV, electricity, propane, water, telephone and Satellite TV, which you would stay in 2 or more days a week, plus salary.

We are looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated household couple for a long-term, live-in role, working for a young, high-profile family at their main Central London residence, to start in November 2014.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Chauffeuring
• Security 
• General exterior and interior maintenance, including garden upkeep
• Front of House service; informal butler duties
• Housekeeping
• Laundry 

Our clients are looking for a couple who will be proactive, attentive to detail, energetic, professional, hands-on and with pleasant, friendly personalities. This is a long-term role and one in which the principals would like to see a couple really make a difference to their household, ensuring the smooth running of all operations.

Accommodation will be provided in the capacity of a separate 1 bedroomed apartment (separate entrance and separate to the main residence, but attached to one of the properties) and working hours will be Monday - Friday, with full flexibility for hours and weekend work will be purely for security, alarm responding etc. (when not travelling, the family spend their weekends at their country estate, so you will have weekends to manage your own time).

Pets may be considered if you are the right couple and there won't ever be any travel required of you with the family.

The salary on offer is completely open and negotiable depending on experience and you will be given 28 days paid annual leave to start off with.

Married Au Pair Couple needed to help run busy country house on farm estate in Surrey.  

Children (3 boys) visit at weekends and your duties include looking after them and keeping them entertained. 

Must have good English and essential husband has full driving licence. 

Starting in September you will be living on a farm estate in Ockham, Surrey and will be expected to help run 6 bedroomed house which will involve cooking, cleaning, ironing, shopping, DIY as well as any other reasonable duties you are asked to perform.  Weekend working is essential as the house is used for entertaining and you will be needed to help with preparation and serving of dinner etc.   

It is essential that you are both non smokers and happy around dogs as the position may include looking after the family’s pet in their absence.  

In return you will be provided with live-in accommodation comprising of a double bedroom, living room, small kitchen, garden and own front door.

The position we would have is in Pittsfield and Detroit Maine, involving an animal farm with all sorts of animals, including 3 horses, goats, sheep, a donkey, alpaca's,ducks and many chickens (many different breeds). We are hoping to develop it into an egg farm, petting zoo and animal orphanage. We would require someone who is experienced in farm work and farm maintenance - including building of fences, coops etc - who can look after the animals, ride horses and prepare horses for riding for the children, go on trails etc. approximately The duration of farm work varies from 2 hrs per day to a whole days job. Also we need interior decoration of a room in our property and in the property in our building that is intended to be both the accommodation of our the working couple and a shop. It is important that the couple that applies is experienced in handyman work, both indoors and outdoors. The maintenance work is again 1 hr per day to a whole days work. For the woman would be the domestic work; keeping house (3 bedroom house for working couple with 4 boys aged 9 -15) and shop clean, including laundry, and helping to prepare and assist with the after school activities of the children. Frequently cooking or preparing snack. This is usually 2 - 4 hrs per day, sometimes a thorough cleaning would be longer. Shop work; when not busy with other work to assist with development and maintenance of the shop / restaurant. The shop work is intended after above is done for the day, either by the man or the woman, or both. The area we live in is very friendly and suitable for all. Also for couples with children, since schools are walking distance from their accommodation. It is a challenging job with a lot of fun, opportunity, personal development, adventure, and social interaction. The accommodation for the couple is on a really beautiful location, next to the lake. It is structurally in good condition, but needs interior decoration.
