Large public storage facility in south bay in need of onsite management team. Please only apply if a team. Single managers will not be considered.
We are seeking a highly ambitious, career oriented professional team to market and operate a self storage facility located in the south bay.
Need to be self-starters and ambitious, with a willingness and capacity to serve the public. Applicants should be looking to be a part of a growing, dynamic organization with the ability to learn and improve daily. We look forward to meeting new team members with character and integrity.
Primary duties will include:
a) Sell and market self storage units and moving merchandise - requires extensive outside marketing.
b) Must be comfortable with paper work, telephone and computers as well as working in an office environment.
c) Clean and maintain facility; Minor maintenance such as sweeping hallways, units, and grounds, changing lights, painting, etc.
d) Customer Service; This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers. Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills.
Required:
* Must have at least 5 years experience managing storage facility
* Must be knowledgeable with lien laws and other CA state storage facility laws
This is a full time position.
Compensation includes an onsite apartment and salary.
