Professional 2-person team wanted for beautiful, well-maintained self storage facility in gorgeous Marina Del Rey!  Resident managers must have the required skills with proven track record.  Must be energetic, motivated, dependable, and able to bring your positive attitude to work every day.  Start date according to your availability.  These are permanent positions.

We offer a large 2-bedroom beautiful apartment with utilities paid, full medical package, vacation and sick pay; along with an hourly wage, incentives and bonus programs.  Wage based on experience, approx. $12.00 per hour, each, to start.  40-hour week with Sundays and Mondays off. 

1) Office Position Requirements:  Great customer service attitude, polished sales skills, friendly phone voice, neat appearance, computer skills (Domico experience helpful), and self-motivated.  MUST be able to multi-task at this busy site.

2) Grounds Position Requirements:  Light maintenance skills, great customer service attitude, neat appearance, some computer, and self-motivated to maintain the facility.  MUST be able to walk the long hallways and go up and down stairs throughout the day.

NOTE:  We do background checks and drug testing on all new employees. 

MUST have valid driver license and current auto insurance.
