COUPLES RANCH CARETAKER POSITION AVAILABLE

“Working Couple”  A jack and jill of all trades

Location:Foothills of the Sierra Mountains, Placer County, CA. with outstanding views of the Sacramento Valley, 15 miles NE of Lincoln, Ca

240 acre working ranch:looking for a hardworking “hands-on couple” some experience with livestock: cattle, horses, goats, and chickens.  Must be a self starter, have overall experience with ranch/farm operations including tractor work, irrigation systems, fire breaks, chain saw usage, fencing & general overall maintenance.

House cleaning one or two days weekly,  some cooking, shopping, errands. Gardening, landscape upkeep

Nice 2 bdrm & office home, all utilities provided. plus salary $3000 to $4000 month to be determined by experience.  Couple must be in good health, non-smokers, drug-free and without minor or live-in children.
