Apartment/Maintenance Management Team - Orange County - Laguna Beach, CA

Our growing property management company is looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at one of our beautiful communities in Laguna Beach, located across from Main Beach and a few blocks from downtown shopping. Teams preferred.
This is a part to full time position responsible for the daily operation and care of a few buildings all within a few blocks of one another. This position is ideal for someone in a team that can be available for tenants needs while the other completes maintenance on the properties. Compensation will be commisurate with experience and will vary based on responsibilities.
TEAM MUST BE:
- Experience in apartment managment
- Experienced in maintenance/ construction with excellent fixing skills
- Knowledgble of all applicable Fair Housing Laws
- Honest, Reliable, Hardworking
- Organized and detail oriented
- Some computer experience and internet required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Showing vacant units to prospective renters
- Pre-Qualifying prospective residents
- Completing Move In Packages, work orders, and administrative paperwork
- Recording and tracking tenant payments
- Issuing notices to tenants and enforcing apartment rules
- Inspection and upkeep of property daily
- Performing maintenance and janitorial work as needed
- Coordinating vendors on-site as needed

Camp Hosts at Beautiful Liberty Lake - Liberty Lake, WA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for campground hosts to care for our beautiful Liberty Lake Regional Park. This 3,000 acre park includes a swimming area, over 8 miles of hiking trails. Camp host duties include:
--Serves as a liaison between campground users and park staff.
--Lives in the campground in order to provide a personal touch and to accommodate the needs of park visitors.
--Assists visitors/campers by providing information about the park, answering questions, and explaining rules.
--Collects campground user fees and monitors compliance with campground and park rules.
--Keeps track of occupied sites and directs campers to vacant sites.
--Sells firewood when available.
--Is observant for activities within the campground requiring immediate attention.
--Courteously advises campers of unintentional or minor violations and reports flagrant violations to law enforcement and/or park personnel.
--Contacts park’s staff and/or law enforcement when emergencies occur.
--Monitors campground traffic and directs park users to day-use areas.
--Works as a team member of the parks staff.
--Tidies restrooms, replenishes supplies, and address light maintenance issues as needed.
--Picks up litter in and around campsites.
--Irrigates lawn areas within the campground.
--Bundle, sells, and distributes firewood.
--Sweeps camp area and cleans picnic tables.
--Reports any damaged tables, trees, or equipment to park staff.
Compensation
Camp hosts will receive free electric, water and sewer utilities. They will also receive a family pass to visit the park and work attire identifying them as a camp host. Additionally, camp hosts may work an extra 20 hours per week as paid staff throughout the park, performing park maintenance and entrance booth duties.

Resort Management Team - Catskill, NY

We are seeking an energetic couple to reside seasonally (Apr – Nov) on a beautiful family resort in the Catskill Mountains. The ideal couple would have inn or resort management experience.
Basic mechanical skills are necessary to handle repairs that may come throughout the resort. Front desk duties (computer proficiency necessary, File Maker Pro experience helpful) are needed on weekends and daily during the summer months. Additional duties may include some kitchen help, grounds and pool maintenance and staff management.
One or both people may be required to be on the property during nights and weekends. Room and board is provided as a part of their salary.

The successful candidates will possess a working knowledge of and experience with mobile home community management, computer and office administrative duties including rent collection and deposits, the ability to communicate effectively with the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.), perform maintenance and light, non-technical repairs.

Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Housekeeper Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Store Clerk Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).
