Remote Lodge Management - Big Horn National Forest, WY

We need to fill out our management team with either a couple or a couple of individuals who want to live and work in an idyllic location.
The lodge is located at 9,000 ft in the Big Horn National Forest in Central Wyoming. In the summer, the area has abundant wildlife and in the winter unlimited opportunity for winter recreation. A relatively small operation, it is perfect for a couple with complimentary skills.
We need people who are interested in taking on a management role with our existing staff. This includes all the responsibilities associated with running a lodging property including housekeeping, cooking, which include cooking for large groups such as weddings and family reunions as well as daily meals for guests, laundry, maintenance and guest interaction. We will supplement the team with individuals who have the skill sets to cover all the bases.
This is a year round, long term opportunity for the right individuals. This is ideally suited for someone interested in gaining hospitality experience for career advancement.
Base Salary with tips, room and board.
Work Camper Couple Needed - Angels Camp, CA

Family RV Park looking for an experienced work-camper couple – for office and outside work. Park is located in Angels Camp, in CA Gold Country, near history, golf, wineries and fishing. Office duties would include reservations, guest registrations, answering the phone, cash register/computer operations in the general store/RV office, posting monthly billings, collecting rent, etc. Campground Master Reservation system experience would be great, but not a deal breaker. Outside duties require someone physically fit as duties include picking up garbage, mowing, weed eating, raking, landscape duties, recycling, cleaning the pool, escorting to sites, night patrol, etc.
We are a busy park and need a couple who are team players, who are willing to work flexible hours if necessary and who have a friendly, outgoing personality for greeting and dealing with our guests. Our work-camper positions are 24 hours a week in exchange for an RV site, water and electric, free laundry and propane at wholesale. We need a couple who can each work a minimum of 2 days a week (4 days total). Any day(s) in addition to the work-camper 24 hours a week, will be paid at $10 per hour. Need the position filled mid-March.

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
Collecting Payments
Making Collection Calls
Maximizing Occupancy
Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings
Self Storage management experience a plus
Couples preferred
Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
Must be profit driven
Proficient with computers: Word, Internet
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test

ONE PERSON WILL BE WORKING IN THE FRONT OFFICE. THIS PERSON MUST BE EXCELLENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND BE CAPABLE OF LEARNING OUR RESERVATION SYSTEM. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN ORDER TAKER. THE SECOND PERSON WILL BE WORKING IN OUR MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, THEY MUST BE WELL ROUNDED IN ALL FACETS OF RV PARK MAINTENANCE INCLUDING PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. THEY WILL BE ASKED TO OPERATE A SMALL TRACTOR/BACKHOE, CERTIFY ON OUR BOOM LIFT WE USE FOR TREE TRIMMING AND BE CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING AND SPOTTING RV/s. WE STORE RVs ON AN OFF SITE LOT AND THEY MUST BE MOVED TO AND FROM THE CAMPGROUND AND SPOTTED ON THE SITES AS NEEDED. THIS EMPLOYEE MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND EITHER POSSESS OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO ACQUIRE A VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE.
THE COMPENSATION IS $3000.00 PER MONTH PLUS A FULL HOOK-UP SITE AND UTILITIES. UTILITIES INCLUDE WATER SEWER CABLE TV AND WIFI, USE OF LAUNDRY FACILITIES AND UP TO A $100.00 PER MONTH ELECTRICAL ALLOWANCE. YOUR SITE COST WILL BE VALUED AT $550.00 PER MONTH. .
