We are a family run, 22 unit lodge with a small general store/deli across the street located on the beautiful Sonoma Coast in Northern California.

We are looking for a couple (2 people):  1 person for our  general store( three to four days per week), and the other person to work in our housekeeping department at our 22 unit lodge.

To start, one of you would work our store and the other would clean lodge rooms, then once trained, you could rotate your schedules, and be cross trained in each department.  There could be extra hours available for landscaping/maintenance as well.

This position includes a small one bedroom apartment in addition to an hourly wage.  All utilities included including DSL.   Living space is  NOT suitable for children of any age nor pets. Apartment is non smoking.

Live In Club Caretakers - Yankeetown, FL

We are a Private Club made up of over 100 Men from Marion County that enjoy fishing and the outdoors. The Club has been in existence for over 100 years and has a rich history of fishing and fellowship. It is a place for members to get away for a day or so from everyday life and enjoy fishing, food, and fellowship of other members and guest in this very unique setting, located in Yankeetown Florida. The grounds consist of 180 acres of islands and salt marsh, two structures, a 36 bed bunkhouse and a Clubhouse.

The 1 bedroom/1 bath caretakers Quarters are located in the Clubhouse next door to the Kitchen. The grounds include a covered dock with a boat ramp, a parking area, and a great view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The Club is open to entertain applicants that are married or single, a retired couple is ideal. The specific duties and requirements for the job are below. Valid Driver license required. Applicants must pass a full criminal background check.

Maintenance: • Minor repairs and general construction/maintenance skills are required to keep up buildings and ground when needed. Mechanical skills helful. • Maintain equipment – All appliances, Gas, a/c’s, grills, fryers, lawn mower, and all equipment related to the Club. • General pest maintenance for buildings and grounds is required. • Transport garbage to street on an as needed basis. • General yard work, mow islands, weed whack, cut and trim trees, and keep place looking clean and maintained. • Carpentry skills and woodworking background helpful.

Maid Service and Guest Services: • First and Foremost, this role is a service job to the members. • Cleaning bunk house and club house regular basis as guest come and use facilities. Cleaning on Mondays, re-inspecting Thursdays is standard. • Cook for members that come over to the club, with or without notice. • Inventory kitchen, Clubhouse, and Bunk house Supplies, and keep all items stocked and ready at all times.

• Applicants must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday and all club events and must be available to live on the island FULL time. • Applicants must have the skills and ability to be courteous and professional with members and guests. • Applicants must have reliable transportation and valid driver license. • No pets are permitted. • No smoking is permitted. • Caretakers are not permitted to have excessive items that need to be stored on Bonita Club Property.

Annual salary is $10K-$12K per year an includes 600 square foot caretakers quarters, satelite cable, iternet, utilitis, and gratuities.

Apartment Maintenance / Management Team, East Bay San Francisco - San Leandro, CA

LIVE IN SUNNY CALIFORNIA CLOSE TO SAN FRANCISCO 

Looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at one of our peaceful and well maintained communities in San Leandro, CA. Conveniently located in walking distance to the San Francisco public transport system (BART), a few blocks from downtown shopping and a few minutes drive away from the San Francisco Bay Trail for outdoor excercise and birdwatching. Teams preferred.

This is a part time position (30 hrs a wk split between 2 people) responsible for the daily operation and care of a 24 unit apartment building.  This position is ideal for someone in a team that can be available for tenants needs while the other completes maintenance on the properties.

 Compensation includes an on-site apartment and utilities.  Salary will be commisurate with experience and will vary based on responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Showing vacant units to prospective renters
• Pre-Qualifying prospective residents
• Completing Move In Packages, work orders, and administrative paperwork
• Recording and tracking tenant payments
• Issuing notices to tenants and enforcing apartment rules
• Inspection and upkeep of property daily
• Performing maintenance and janitorial work as needed
• Coordinating vendors on-site as needed
