Mobile Home Park Management Position - Flagstaff, AZ
Well-established mobile home park in Flagstaff Arizona seeks an active, motivated manager team. The successful candidates will possess a working knowledge of and experience with mobile home community management, computer and office administrative duties including rent collection and deposits, the ability to communicate effectively with the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.), perform maintenance and light, non-technical repairs.
Also essential are superior communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with tenants in a friendly, helpful manner. Compensation includes housing, utilities, cell phones, and salary.
