Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus. Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite.
Pay starts at $2300-2500/mo per couple,$DOE. Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.) The employer offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, bonus, housing and utilities.

Job Description:
Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
Collecting Payments
Making Collection Calls
Maximizing Occupancy
Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings
Self Storage management experience a plus

Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
Must be profit driven
Proficient with computers: Word, Internet
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test
FEATURED JOB OPENING: Ranch Manager Couple - Calaveras County (95248), CA

Looking for hands on ranch management couple team, full time, at 1,200 acre foothill ranch in Calaveras County, California. Cattle / agricultural background, hospitality skills, and good mechanical knowledge required.
Work includes care exercise and training for 6 horses, small herd of cattle, up-keep of homes, grounds, pool, ponds, shops, barns, roads, fences, firewood, stock water systems, flood irrigation, management of timber stand improvement and harvest, machinery maintenance and repair, caretaking and purchasing of all ranch supplies. Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing and carpentry and operate ranch equipment required.
Management and communication skills are important to owners. Must be willing to support owner’s use of property when owner and guests are in residence. Assist with guest and meal services when owner and guests are in residence. Housekeeping and maintenance of owner’s house, guest house and guest cottage. Assist owner and guests with horse riding and instruction as needed. Ranch Manager will schedule and direct special projects as needed.
Previous ranch management experience required. Must have valid driver’s licenses, clean driving record, no criminal record or outstanding warrants, be non smokers and drug free.

Camp Hosts - Seneca, SC

Our campground is looking for camp hosts. We offer a site for free in exhange for twenty hours of work a week. We are located on the beautiful Lake Keowee next to the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have a total of 86 campsites on 50 acres.

Innkeeper Couple for Boutique Hotel - Mendocino, CA

We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to work with our current manager to operate our three small inns (total of 19 rooms) in Mendocino, CA. The properties will become members of the Lark Hotels Collection in April 2015. This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business.
Job requirements include breakfast preparation and serving, some housekeeping and laundry, grounds work and property maintenance, seasonal renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more). This is a HANDS-ON lifestyle position.
In addition to the manager and innkeeper couple, the collection is staffed with a relief innkeeper and a housekeeping crew.
