The innkeeper position requires a mutually supportive and energetic 2 person team living and working together on the premises 24/7. Maintenance experience and the ability to perform the maintenance tasks as well as a demonstrated understanding of the demands of small property operations is essential. Innkeepers must be able and willing to work long hours, especially during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

•  Sales, direct guest sales (front desk) , email and phone inquires , as well as bookings through agents and operators.
•  Reservation management
•  Marketing
•  Guest services , assisting guests with reservations and activities in the region.
•  Small business accounting, with professional accountant backup.
•  Housekeeping, with housekeeping staff depending on occupancy.

Work Campers - Apache Junction, AZ

  Work Camper Couple needed for medium sized 55+ Mobile Home and RV Park in Apache Junction, Arizona.

 Requirements:  Work a total of 15 hours per week each (30 hours  per couple). Cleaning recreation center and other areas as needed. Maintain the pool and hotub as required, perform grounds maintenance tasks as needed and assist manager on projects when necessary, occasionally help in the office.

Work would be 3 hrs.  per day, 5 days per week, off Monday and Tuesday. Grounds and building maintenance experience a plus, but will train.

  Compensation: FHU camp site and use of all park amenities (pool, hotub, library, card room,  pool room, exercise room, and clubhouse)

  Position begins Sept. 15, 2015 and lasts til April 15, 2016 - will consider year round.

Motel, RV Park, and Bar, is located in Baker, Nevada. Just 5 miles outside of Great Basin National Park.
Looking for someone to work 4 full days hosting RV campground, 6 room motel, and afternoon/evening bar and ADH Program

Campground duties include greeting and checking in visitors, yard work/property maintenance, bathroom cleaning, etc.
Bar opens 4pm daily and closes depending on crowd.
Must be able and willing to push a lawn mower,Walk for peirods of time, clean bathrooms, and clean bar at end of shift. Must be personable.
No prior bartending skills needed as these will and can be taught.
This is not primarily a bartending job but must be willing to put in late hours on busy nights.
Must be capable of working independently within the allotted 4 day shift.
Job comes with free hook-ups (7 days a week) to your RV, salary, and tips from bar.

Big whitetail deer, trophy Rio Grande turkeys and massive wild hogs.  White wing and morning dove.  Three kinds of Quail.  Mountain goats and sheep (Audoud, Mouflon and Corsican), Axis deer, red and grey fox, bobcats and occasionally, mountain lions. No public or commercial hunts.  Only family and guests of the the three owners.  This is the ideal job for a couple that loves the outdoors, wildlife conservation and ranch life. Headquarters compound consists of  five recently constructed homes of the owners and their guests and a 3 year old, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with porches and decks for  the successful applicant for this offering.

Duties include maintaining the feeders and blinds, vehicles and the houses and landscape in the headquarters compound.  Performing general repair and maintenance on the wells and irrigation lines.Cleaning and butchering game. Maintaining ranch roads, mowing road sides and senderos twice per year.  Cleaning Owner's homes and washing and changing linens in owner's houses.  Occasional cooking or assistance to Owner's in cooking .

In addition to virtually new home with washer, dryer, Direct TV and internet the Manager is provided a ranch truck and all gasoline, all utilities, 2 week vacation and salary commensurate with experience and capabilities. One person in the couple conversant in Spanish helpful but not a disqualifier.  It is 50 minutes to Del Rio or Rock Springs so must be comfortable with being "out"!  Work is sufficiently strenuous that physical capabilities is a requirement.  Support equipment includes a John Deere tractor for mowing and towing, a recent model skid steer and ALL the attachments for everything else. A complete workshop with everything needed for any work with wood or metal.  Trailers to move Skid Steer , welding and cutting equipment.  Power and hand tools for every job.  This is a great job for the right couple.  Three partners all with family oriented goals for the future of the ranch.  Considerate ownership and a beautiful SW Texas setting!

We have positions available for maintenance, housekeeping and office personnel. For 20 hours per week per site we offer full hookup site, cable TV, wifi hotspot, store & propane discounts and laundry.

We are offering 40 hours per person. Will consider one person with less hours if desired. Our season began 03/01/15 and ends 11/01/15. 

The beauty of Eureka Springs and surrounding areas is stunning. Among attractions within 30 min of the campground are The Great Passion Play, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, Onyx Cave, downtown shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and boating. A great area to spend a season.
