Long established Shreveport, Louisiana area fishing and hunting club (125 acres, plus 75-acre lake) seeks live-on-property caretaker(s).

Requirements: Valid drivers license, ability to pass thorough background check, legally able to work in the U.S., no criminal background, and must read, write, and speak English.

Duties of the caretaker position include the following: Maintenance of common areas of the club's grounds (mowing, weed-eating, providing firewood, maintaining fencing, debris removal, etc. Maintenance and housekeeping of two clubhouses on the property.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and light construction helpful.

Must be on the property and available six days a week.

Compensation and benefit details: Annual salary, $24,000.00. Housing (newly constructed) with appliances (no furniture) will be provided. A $500.00 damage deposit will be required. Caretaker to pay utilities other than water. Monthly cell phone allowance: $75.00. In addition to the annual salary, the caretaker will be compensated for cleaning the camps after each rental (large camp $60.00; small camp $40.00). Couple for maintenance and groundskeeping - Buckhorn, NM (33 miles north of Silver City), NM

Non-denominational Christian camp seeking a couple to help with general maintenance and grounds keeping.  We are located in the country at 4000 elevation but only 33 miles to Walmart! Seeking a couple willing to start in May and continue for at least 3 months. Full hookups and RV site in exchange for 10 hours per person per week.

Camp Hosts/Managers - Darby, MT

This management position is very flexible.  You will live onsite in your own RV.  In exchange for full hookups (water, sewer, electric, cable TV and wifi), duties include office time, lawn maintenance and light building maintenance.  The office time is spent answering phone calls, making reservations and checking in guests. The only time spent in the office is to check in guests or to help a guest with a problem. Workers will be provided with a cordless phone and intercom for their RV which means minimal time in the office. Lawn maintenance includes occasional mowing and weed eating as necessary and monitoring the irrigation system.  

The work campers will be relieving the owners for short periods of times each week in exchange for full hookups.  There will be times during the season that the owners will want to get away for an extended period of time.  At that time the work campers will be required to take over management of the resort and will be paid in addition to the full hookup site. Preferred commitment is from the end of May through mid-October, 2015. 

Maintenance, Store Clerk, Housekeepers Work Camper Couples Needed - Boerne, TX

Maintenance Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!  Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Store Clerk Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!  Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge a must, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples.  Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay.  Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).

Reservation Agent(CGM), Activities, Life Guards, Store, landscaping couple - Waller, TX

 Award Winning Jellystone Park looking for Reservation Agents with 6 months experience or more, 40 hours a week. Looking for a couple capable of wearing the different hats needed to run and maintain a B&B. Must be a out going people person who will enjoy the life style. It is an 11 bedroom B&B which I have run  by myself but  hip surgery has made it  difficult.
