The Mount Washington Cog Railway, the world's first mountain climbinb Cog Railway, is looking for Working Couples and Individuals to join our Sales teams for the summer and fall of 2015! Help assist guests with riding a historic train up the tallest mountain in the north east, and take pride in putting a smile on their face! Both part time and full time positions available! Essential Duties:

Greet guests and sell tickets over a Point-Of-Sale system.

Receive telephone calls from guests and potential guests, selling advance reservations and handling requests as per Railway Standards.

Create an overall "experience" for our guests, whether in person or over the phone through use of positive language and professional courtesy.

Act as a member of a team, to accomplish the goal of providing an excellent customer service experience for our guests while also working against a time deadline.

Work in a high paced, busy environment that changes hourly, daily, weekly and monthly depending on the mix of business for that time period.
