We seek an enthusiastic inn keeping couple to create memorable experiences for our valued guests. Our beautiful ocean front property includes the main house and 8 cottages scattered on two acres of coastal grounds. A love for the historic town of Mendocino, California’s and its myriad of outdoor and related activities will be the starting point for successful applicants.

The position involves all aspects of inn keeping:  reservations (knowledge of reservation software a real plus),  guest services, record keeping, great phone skills, breakfast service including baking, supervision of housekeeping staff as well as some hands-on housekeeping, supplies management, building maintenance, gardening and outstanding customer service skills.

The owners are regularly involved, but our new innkeeper should bring a true owner’s mentality to the position. This is a challenging yet rewarding venture for outgoing, hardworking, detail oriented, gracious individuals with outstanding communication skills.

Our staff includes the following part time employees: two housekeepers, two inn keepers, and one maintenance person.

Compensation includes monthly salary, performance bonus opportunity, paid vacation, on-site quarters, utilities. No pets, no children and no smokers please. Position provides for 8 weeks of working and then one week off.

The Lady will be responsible for assistng in housekeeping, weeding beds and patios and washing windows.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Position is for a ranch manager and a hospitality and housekeeping/cleaning of a family ranch in Colorado County, Tex.

The ranch is primarily a family recreational and deer and buffalo breeding ranch.

15 weekends out of the year special events are hosted at the ranch also.

The owners live in Houston and visit the ranch several times a month.

The owners are seeking a responsible, stable, friendly and hard working married couple to help manage the operations year round.

This is a long term position for a couple that can take responsibility for the well being of the animals and the property.

This is mainly outdoor work requiring physical strength and stamina; must be physically fit tomeet the daily demands of the job.

The ranch manager position requires the ability and vitality to work outside in summer Texas weather as well as rainy or cold conditions.

Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

Must have a valid driver’s license

Experience pulling trailers and driving and maintaining tractors and similar equipment.

Looking for a couple to work as Activity Directors for our active adult RV Resort. We have dances, entertainment, and daily activities. The 2015-2016 season is scheduled for you.
