Previous experience managing a budget and interpreting data from financial and performance reports; public relations skills; previous work experience with seniors and/or administration and management of an organization; ability to hire, train and motivate staff; basic computer knowledge including proficiency in Word and Excel.

Caretaker Couple Position-Housekeeper and Handyman needed - Bolinas, CA

Looking for a wonderful and positive Caretaker couple team for a lovely rural property in Bolinas CA.  (We are 30 min from town and right next to the Pacific Ocean). Ideal candidate team will consist of one "indoor person" to do all the housecleaning, laundry, pet care, light cooking on rare occasion, help with parties, stock fridges and anything else needed for the inside of the home.  The second position is for a handyman/maintenance man, also if you have gardening experience that would be helpful on occasion but we do have fulltime gardeners.  Skills with plumbing, electrical, mechanical (tractor & truck), golf green care, fence repair etc. would be of great help.

We are still trying to find out if housing is apart of the package, which it might be but what we can offer for certain is an hourly wage for each person, health, dental, PTO, paid holidays and 401K.  This is a fulltime, 40 hr. a week position for both candidates and is not a "part-time position" or for a retired couple. Maintenance Couples/Individual - Soda Springs, CA

Campground is seeking a couple/individual to work for the 2015 Summer Season. Duration of work would be May 1st through at least Labor Day weekend and maybe a couple weeks into September.

We are a large campground consisting of 300+ campsites and 4+ bathrooms.  We will need help in our onsite convenience store working with our store manager taking reservations, check-ins, motel upkeep and cleaning bathrooms. We will also need help with our campground maintenance working with our maintenance manager to keep campsites clean, patrol the campground, site checks, cleaning bathrooms and any campground mainenance that might arise including sewer and electrical problems. Knowledge in these areas a plus!

Wages are DOE and will be discussed with the owners. Couple will live onsite and monthly rental payment will be discussed with owners. RV and/or trailer must be 2005 and newer.

We are looking for a self storage resident management team couple for immediate hire to run a stabilized, four story, 980 unit self storage facility in the Meyerland / Bellaire area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary is 55k +Bonus. 

This is a first class, state-of-the-art facility with 904 climate controlled and 76 non-climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to gate and to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,320 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a covered carport. All utilities paid.
