Seeking a Domestic Couple for home in Oyster Bay, NY.  The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, live in, with some flexibility. Duties include performing housekeeping duties, caring for fine art and furnishings, formal serving, preparing the home for guests, caring for two dogs (walking, feeding), minimal cooking, dealing with contractors and household vendors, and running errands.

Need a couple to manage an RV Park in Midland, TX for 3 days a week. The office uses campground master and outside maintenance. Pay includes site with full hook up, wifi,cable and electric plus salary.

Small RV Park looking for a year-round on-site park host couple - Stevenson, WA

RV Park is accepting applications for a year-round host couple, but will consider single, for an on-site park host position. Preferably (semi) retired, not solely dependent on income from host-position, outgoing, and honest, with good customer service skills.

Duties include greeting guests, grounds keeping, selling propane, collecting garbage, litter pickup, upkeep bath house/laundry/community room etc., keeping an eye on the park, making sure rules are followed (dogs on leash, speed limit, etc.) and lend a hand when needed. Our park is appr. 5 acres, quiet, well-kept (27 sites), with a lot of repeat business (mainly fishermen), and several permanent residents. We also have four motel rooms.

We want our host to have the ability to work with minimal supervision, to learn quickly, to work and follow instructions accurately. Attitude is everything. Basic knowledge of RV’s, maintenance, plumbing, electricity, and power and hand tools a must. 

This is a non-paid position. Actual work hours on average 1 - 2 per day. For compensation, you receive your site including utilities (water, 30 AMP electricity, sewer, cable tv and wifi). Additional work is available. This can be discussed and will be paid @ $ 10.- an hour.

Live-In Housekeeper/Cook. Permanent position. F/T summer, p/t off-season. Mature person for large family vacation home. Weekends May-Sept. are very busy! Couples preferred....man may have outside employment.

Right candidate must be highly organized, willing to work hard throughout summer season, meticulous in cleaning, turning over bedrooms for our many houseguests, laundry, grocery shopping, able to follow recipes to prepare & serve weekend dinners, dog walking, light gardening,lawn care, perform miscellaneous errands/duties. Right candidate will come to recognize needs and take initiative to address them without instruction. Salary + furnished 1-bedroom apt + vehicle. Non-smokers only, no children, no pets. 

Off-season is very quiet and duties are very light. Valid license necessary.
