August- the first 2 weeks (2015), November 25^th – 29^th(2015), last 2 weeks of December (2015), March 25^th- April 3^rd, 2016. 

Non-smokers, no pets, no children. Will train last 2 weeks of July. Duties include: open & close the office, answer phones, sell rooms, take reservations, check people in/out, supervise the employees, inspect the rooms. Must both be able to type 20wpm.

We are looking for a couple that are both honest, energetic, enthusiastic, have excellent customer service skills, professional, hard working, business minded, very outgoing, friendly, can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner, pays close attention to detail & cleanliness. Must be willing to learn general maintenance, and be able to perform those duties. Living quarters provided. We are asking one person to work 6am-3pm and the other person to work 3pm to midnight. There is limited communication via satellite internet, no television. The position involves being the on site managers for the hot springs property. Duties include, checking in visitors, enforcing rules of use, maintaining the property and facilities and explaining the area to visitors. Motel Managers - Moosehead Lake, Maine - Greenville , ME

Managers required for a quiet 15 room northern Motel. (prefer a couple). Must have excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, be flexible in work hours.

Previous hospitality experience an asset but not a must. Must be excellent at problem solving and ability to work independently and also as a team. Have honesty, integrity and empathy.

Duties include: - supervise work activities of cleaning staff, to ensure motel rooms are clean, orderly and attractive - greet register incoming and outgoing guests - provide high level of customer service - create long-term client relations - work with staff in a friendly and efficient manner -Laundry and housekeeping,  Light maintenance for repairs, snow shoveling when needed, sidewalks sweeping. - Lawn mowing and yard and pool maintenance.

We seek an energetic, enthusiastic  innkeeper or innkeeping couple to create memorable experiences for our valued guests. Our highly respected and solidly established 19 room inn is located in a major winter/summer resort town in south central Vermont. A love for Vermont’s beauty and its myriad of outdoor and related activities will be the starting point for successful applicants.

The position involves all aspects of innkeeping –reservations (knowledge of reservation software a real plus),  guest services, marketing, social media, bookkeeping and record keeping(knowledge of Quickbooks and other Microsoft  programs), interacting with on-line booking websites and  tour operators , breakfast service including baking, supervision of housekeeping staff as well as some hands-on housekeeping, supplies management, building maintenance (some light construction skills a real plus), gardening.

The owners are regularly involved, but our new innkeeper should bring a true owner’s mentality to the position. This is a challenging yet rewarding venture for outgoing, hardworking, detail oriented, gracious individuals with outstanding communication skills.
