Self Storage Resident Managers - Roseville, CA

Seeking a self storage management team. No experience required. Should be proficient with computer accounting software and Microsoft Office. 

Job offers a free 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that is located on site. Daily tasks included cleaning of the facility grounds, cleaning empty storage units, maintenance of rollup doors, new tenant rentals, accounts receivable, processing late notices, processing lien notices, learning California Self Storage lien laws, grinding or cutting of locks, inventory units, lock checks. Job will pay medical benefits and 1% of the gross receipts received for the month as a bonus. Salary is negotiable.
