Assistant Managing Couple with Community Maintenance and office back up for a 55 plus Mobile HomeCommunity. 

Duties include: 

• Housekeeping; cleaning of common areas;
• maintaining utitlies (water, sewer, gas, electic};
• miantaining swimming pool;
• handyman repairs to fences, streets, laundry machines, Community Owned Mobile Homes (2);,
• office back-up including rent collection, enforcement of community rules;  maintaining good resident relations.

Compensation includes:

salary; housing (2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home); paid utitilies including basic cable; contribution toward health insurance after 90 day probation period
