FEATURED JOB OPENING: Property Management -Kokomo, IN - Mid-Central, IN

Experienced team needed to run our 300 site mobile home community in KOKOMO, INDANA.  MUST LIVE ON SITE IN COMPANY PROVIDED HOUSING.

Position requires a minimum of 3 years prior experience. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

Sale of community owned homess 

Collection of site rent and home payments

Ability to prioritize and multi task daily responsibilities

Oversight of community maintenace and office staff as well as onsite Independent Contractors

Calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems

Excellent communication skills

Ability to be active  - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Ethics and integrity in all things.

$42,000 per year/per couple + attractive bonus/commission structure
