Storage Management Team - Roanoke, TX

U-Haul is looking for couples to manage our storage facilities located in Roanoke, Texas and throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area. This is a couples position that will live on site while profitably managing a U-Haul independent storage location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.
Couple must be outgoing, have great customer service skills, computer oriented and willing to work 6 days a week. Great pay along with housing and utilities included.
This is a "two-person" team or "couple" required to live on-site in a company apartment while managing our storage facility. Rent and utilities are included. Both individuals will be on the payroll, and will also qualify for benefits. Both individuals will interview as a team so please ensure that each candidate completes an online application.

RV Resort maintenance and office couple - Sherrills Ford, NC

We are looking for a couple to work this summer from April thru the end of September and possibly into October. One person will work two days a week doing maintenance, lanndscaping, repairs and the other person will work in the office taking reservations and other clerical duties.
Campground master experience would be helpful.
Each person will work 2 days per week and we will try to schedule all days together in exchange for a full hook up site with water, free wifi and cable and a electric allowance and a couple other perks.

Responsibilities are but not limited to: Answer telephone and give out proper information. Handle all calls, complaints, problems. Notify Tenants when their children, pets, Guests or Visitors are in violation of Rules/Lease. Give out proper notices to Tenants as needed. Keep an accurate listing of any and all money taken in, what is still due and owed. Give out proper receipts. Keep Tenants files updated, organize and/or reorganize as needed. Know RCW Laws and Park Rules. Be a buffer between Owner & Tenant Send out Rent raises to each Tenant as per Owners instruction. Show and RENT mobile spaces. Attend meetings to keep current on up-dated laws, to learn more to do a better job. Prepare papers for court. Attend court cases. Make daily bank deposits for Company Buy supplies when needed. Keep a current listing of Petty Cash in accounts. Make daily entries into computer. Scan and transmit documents via internet. Check Leases for expiration dates and have Tenants re-sign. Keep maintenance informed of repairs needed. Be ahead of yourself and stop problems before they become bigger problems. Keep records and paper work as needed.
Mow, water, trim, landscape, plant flowers, shrubbery and etc. as needed. Pick up papers, cans, garbage, leaves, debris in and around parks, roadways, pathways and around garbage areas. Keep parking area clean. Keep park owned storage areas clean and up to code. Paint and do light maintenance as needed.
Head Chef & Sous Chef/Assistant Chef - Pinedale, WY

Our Lodge in Pinedale, Wyoming is hiring a chef and sous chef/assistant chef for the 2016 season (mid-May through mid-September). This beautiful lodge, restaurant, and saloon is located on the lake’s shore at the base of the Wind River Mountain range and offers guest services from Memorial Day weekend through shortly after Labor Day weekend. The lodge has recently re-modeled and expanded kitchen facilities that are top of the line, and the restaurant is a destination spot for both locals and tourists throughout the region.
Ideal candidates would be an experienced couple or team of two who have worked well together in the past, but separate applicants will be considered as well. Applicants must have experience in a fine dining restaurant, with emphasis in steak preparation and temperatures. Successful candidates will help to create the menu for the 2016 season and be responsible for menu pricing and food purchasing to maximize quality and profit.
On site basic housing is available. Must have own transportation for off site travel.
Manager(s) for two small mobile home parks and 6 unit motel on Lake Huron - Lexington, MI

Park Manager Manufacture Housing Community -- Lexington and Croswell, MI This position involves all aspects of office duties and park maintenance. The Park Manager should be comfortable with multi-tasking to handle the daily and monthly duties of the mobile home park. Prior experience in the mobile home industry or apartment management is preferred. This is two manufactured home communities with 38 units in Lexington and 40 units in Croswell and a 7 room motel. This is a live-on site position suitable for a person or couple which includes a new two bedroom mobile home and utilities.
A complete background check will be done. The Park Manager is expected to take full responsibility for all aspects of operating the manufactured housing community and maximizing its potential. Responsibilities include managing the operating income of the community, resident occupancy, curb appeal, community relationships, maintenance staff and maintaining positive resident and service provider relations and sales and lease of company owned homes. In addition to this there is a 7 room motel that requires management to work weekends all summer. This is the most demanding part of the job as it also requires the cleaning of these rooms daily.
The Property Manager position includes the following responsibilities: Leasing and marketing of mobile homes Completing leases and lease applications, maintaining resident records and files for leases, applications, rent deposits, security deposits, bank deposits, etc. Monitoring leases, maintenance orders, rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, tenant move-ins and move-outs Providing excellent customer service to our residents Working closely with main Office Manager to ensure smooth running and operation of the park Maintenance of common areas and refurbishing homes leaf pick up, salting, shoveling, plumbing repairs, home repairs. Home turns Operation and cleaning of 7 unit motel Cleaning of the beach front PLEASE NOTE WE CONTRACT OUT THE LAWN MOWING AND SNOW PLOWING.

Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work opening or closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
