General Maintenance Technician and Front Desk Supervisor

General Maintenance Technician

Experience in maintaining a variety of property infrastructure including grounds, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, water, septic, pumps and HVAC.  Knowledge of operating light and heavy equipment preferred.  Ideal candidate has a broad background and several years of experience in these property maintenance areas.  Ability to speak some Spanish a plus.  Good communication and customer service skills are required.  Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.  Year-round, full-time and on-site housing/RV Site possible for the right candidate.  

Front Desk Supervisor

This position is responsible for creating a positive guest experience through face-to-face and phone interactions while overseeing a team of front desk clerks.  Duties include staff training, scheduling, conflict resolution, coordinating guest arrival and departure, answering guest inquiries, processing reservations, and partial oversight of Camp Store merchandise and food sales.  Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work opening or closing shifts, weekends and holidays.  Experience with proper cash handling procedures, customer service and strong computer skills are required.  Experience in the hospitality, hotel or resort industry and knowledge of Campground Manager software is preferred.   Full-time position, 10-month seasonal.  on-site housing/RV Site possible for the right candidate.
