Greetings. We are looking for two work camper couples for the 2016 season. We need one couple on March 10th and another one on May 13th. We will provide an FHU location close-by or on-site and compensation. Positions needed include Front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.Shifts vary, but can schedule the entire season from the first day.

We are a newer, 50 room 3-Star property and have guests from all around the world stay with us. Our hotel is a very clean environment. We offer the best rooms in the region and are a market leader. We have a smaller staff and you will report to the property GM. Guest satisfaction is always rule #1. We go out of our way to make our guests' stays memorable.

We are looking for people that have better communication skills, able to take the initiative, take pride in their appearance and work. There is also possible tip income. We are looking for couples to run our RV Resorts. We are a Houston based company that is rapidly growing. Couple needs no experience in the RV resort/park industry. We will train you!

Couple must be outgoing, have great customer service skills, computer oriented and willing to work 6 days a week. Great pay along with housing and utilities included. Health/dental insurance available after 90 days. 1 week of vacation every 6 months.

Ranch Manager Couple, Domestic Roles - Meridian, TX

Full-Time Ranch couple position in Meridian, Texas, 90 miles SW of Dallas. Domestic heavy for care of owners and guests. This is their 2nd home. They are in residence 2 to 3 weekends a month, usually with guests. Beautiful rural location overlooking hills and valleys.

Job duties include general housekeeping and organization, supply acquisition, meal preparation, serving, and clean-up. Grounds keeping and outdoor upkeep, vehicle care, pool maintenance, handyman duties, window cleaning, laundry and flower/garden care. Knowledge of wildlife management, native grasses highly desirable.

This is a working cattle ranch, although cattle is not this couple's responsibility. Home is about 7500 square feet with 7 bedrooms. Principals would like property to be guest-ready at all times. Must be proactive and have a heart for service. Would like to hire a Couple with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic.

Compensation includes a salary, and a 4 bedroom home and utilities located on the ranch. Ideal for empty-nesters, looking for long-term home. Flexible start date, but mid-December is the goal.

Couple to Manage Mobile Home Park - Ft Worth, TX

Husband and Wife team needed for immediate opening in mobile home park. The park set on a heavily wooded acreage in a quaint town, west of Ft Worth.Eagle moutain lake, historic Ft Worth Stock Yards and Wolf Lodge are all neaby attractions.

Husband will need to have make ready skills, some HVAC, plumbing, electrical is helpful. Also if you understand water well systems and septic systems. Also responsible for mowing, general clean up, meeting other vendors as needed. Maintaining the well house and sprinkler for septic--- field. Enforce park rules.

Wife will man the office,renew leases, perform evictions, new leases, basic bookeeping, computer skills, rent collections etc.

The park currently has 48 spots, 8 park owned, 6 park financed and the remainder lot rent. We estimate no more than 30 hours per week for these positions.

We povide housing and salary. Husband should have most of his own tools.

We will privide a sign on bonus for the right couple. You will need to pass a background check and drug screen. This is long Term position.

Park Managers and Host - Whitney, TX

Host and RV resort located in the center of Sr retirement community on Lake Whitney. Host responsibilities include helping customer park/hook up, keep ground clean, be availabe to customer needs, maintain shared areas bathrooms /game room. Light maintenance requires grounds ( in season ) repair plumbing and electrical damage from RV uses.

A complete list of responsibilities can be provided. If the couple is fully capable of operating the park then compensation up to $300/week , hook up, 10X10 storage and boat storage.
