Looking for work camping couples. 16 to 20 hours a week for your spot April thru October 31st 2016. Woman to work in camp store/office, clean shower house and cabins,  take reservations, answer phone, check in campers, some evenings and Saturdays a must. Man to weed eat, split wood, mow, deliver wood, and various maintenance projects. Lots of weed eating. We provide a full hook up spot and your electric. You will NOT have a monthly electric bill. Will have 3 or 4 days off a week. 2016 will be our 4 th season as owners of Fallen Rock. We call it a hidden paradise. Close to Raccoon Lake. We are in the heart of Covered Bridge Country. We will require additional hours during the Covered Bridge Festival in October for 10 days.

We are not a super busy campground yet with daily campers. But we will get there.

Pre-requisites:

 Team concept requires a couple or two adults.
 Work from home and enjoy a quiet, rural lifestyle.
 Good people skills, service oriented and dispute resolution capabilities highly valued.
 Light bookkeeping and MS Office proficiency required.
 Good writing and communications skills essential.
 ‘Handy-man’ skills a plus – light plumbing, electrical and general repair.
 Active people (functional fitness) are required to provide quality services and management of entire facility.

Management responsibilities: Manage all operational aspects of the Inn, fitness center and 5 RV sites.

Greet, check-in and check-out guests. Provide area information, highlights and directions.
 Answer phone, take reservations.
 Availability on site 9 am – 9 pm daily (1 person).
 Oversee housekeeping staff.
Maintain grounds and lawn.

Maintain reservation calendar, weekly rental bookkeeping.

 Manage inventory of supplies, linens, etc.
 Weekly banking and laundry service in Aberdeen.

Compensation:

On-site housing provided at no cost (remodeled mobile home with updated baths and kitchen). All utilities included, except phone. Business    office is connected (separate entrance) to home for convenient access to office/reservation area.
Guaranteed $42,000 a year compensation with additional ‘incentive’ compensation based on % of room sales.
 Mileage compensation for business travel. i.e., banking and laundry.
 Available for management use: Raised garden beds, fitness center and workshop.

Management team needed for a well maintained mobile home park. Team must pass background check to include drug screening. Both persons must have valid drivers license and be insurable. Office person shall be very organized, and be able to muti, task. You also need have good people skills, yet able to enforce all rules. Office person must have computer experience, and be able to do billing and rent collections.

Maintenance person must have good people skills yet able to enforce all riles, to keep all homes and yards, to our satisfaction. You must have grounds keeping experience to include minor maintenance of equipment. You will need to have plumbing experience, water, sewer, and irrigation. Mobile home remodel experience is a plus. This is a hands on position not a supervisory position.

The wage depends on experience and includes housing and utilities.
