Our Lodge in Pinedale, Wyoming is hiring a chef and sous chef/assistant chef for the 2016 season (mid-May through mid-September). This beautiful lodge, restaurant, and saloon is located on the lake’s shore at the base of the Wind River Mountain range and offers guest services from Memorial Day weekend through shortly after Labor Day weekend. The lodge has recently re-modeled and expanded kitchen facilities that are top of the line, and the restaurant is a destination spot for both locals and tourists throughout the region.
Ideal candidates would be an experienced couple or team of two who have worked well together in the past, but separate applicants will be considered as well. Applicants must have experience in a fine dining restaurant, with emphasis in steak preparation and temperatures. Successful candidates will help to create the menu for the 2016 season and be responsible for menu pricing and food purchasing to maximize quality and profit.
On site basic housing is available. Must have own transportation for off site travel.
