Mobile Home Park Resident Manager Team - Salinas, CA

Mobile Home Park owner is seeking an experienced, responsible on-site resident manager/management team to oversee the day-to-day operations of an all ages, small to medium size mobile home park located in Salinas, CA.

General Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Distribute rent statements, collect and perform bank deposits and submit records to bookkeeper
* Enforce rules and regulations of the complex
* Write documentation of any issues related to the park
* Maintain and organize office files
* Screen incoming residents and support home sales
* Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
* Coordinate with vendors to address property maintenance needs
* Perform routine tasks associated with utility systems
* Serve legal notices
* Respond to inquiries and emergencies in a professional, courteous and timely fashion
* Maintaining property grounds and facilities including laundry room, storage lots, swimming pool/hot tub area and other common areas
* Maintain open lines of communication with property ownership

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of property management experience
* Computer and internet knowledge
* Excellent communications and listening skills
* Basic repair skills
* Knowledge of new and existing housing laws
* Spanish language a plus

Work 24 hrs/wk per couple, in exchange for FHU site, utilities, laundry, WiFi. $7.50/hr per person paid for additional hrs. Work schedule: 3 days on/3 days off; 6-8 hrs per day. Seeking a highly experienced domestic couple for a full time live-in position in Southern California. Desired Days/Hours: Tues.-Sat. 7 am-8 pm split shift/variable. Household is Casual/semi-formal

DUTIES INCLUDE: General maintenance, hands-on person desired. Laundry/Ironing, Cooking, shopping, driving, errands. Must be comfortable with driving family. Help with two older dogs. Would welcome if the couple has a dog, as well. Table service/parties. Scheduling and meeting with service/delivery people. Helping to manage existing FT live-out housekeeper, gardener and pool man. Would be nice if…. The couple became part of the family. Spend some holidays together, etc.
