We are looking for a management team not for the faint at heart this position is not a 20 hr a week position this is a full time + for right person could be permanent position if they wanted. Compensation for this position includes camping site with water/electric, all amenities + a negotiated salary. We would like to have this person in place by March. Equally important we are looking for the rest of the team ground care ,maintenance, store clerk , activities, and housekeeping these are typical positions.

Compensation includes free site and all amenities for 20 hr all work over 20hrs will be paid at a negotiated rate these jobs start April 1,2016.

Assist with light maintenance of a seasonal campground. Duties to include: painting, yard work (lawn mowing, raking leaves), light carpentry (building picnic tables, etc.), odd jobs and handy man work and general site clean up.  

Domestic Couple - Stratford Ct/New York City, NY

Looking for an experienced live-in Domestic couple for Stratford Ct. and at times able to work in clients New Yok City apartment as a live-out couple, and you must therefore also have your own residence within commuting distance from New York City. The Connecticut location is a weekend residence for the client and your position there will be a 5 day work week off 2 days during the week.

The requirements are: She- must be an excellent housekeeper and a good family cook. He- must be a handy man type, able to handle some out side and in-house maintenance, lawn maintenance and help with cleaning. Both must drive , have American licenses and speak English well. The couple must have at least 3 years experience working together at the same location.

Camp Host(s) - Julian, CA

Private vintage trailer park in rural San Diego mountains looking for live-in camp host.  

Qualities desired:  suave, friendly, creative person with attention to detail (i.e. noticing
broken water lines).  The park is for recreation purposes only – there are no full time
residents (except hosts).  This is a shared position so although hosts may live on-site full
time, hosts will only need to be on-duty for two weeks at a time (two weeks on, two
weeks off duty). Tasks include:  security rounds, selling firewood, stocking bathrooms,
monitoring water tank level, being present at night should something arise (most of your
time will be your own because other staff does management, repair and maintenance).

 

Pets and significant others allowed. Selected candidate must have their own trailer.

Year-round trailer site and utilities are provided in exchange for minimal hosting
responsibilities.  THIS IS AN UNPAID POSITION; however, during summer months
limited paid work may be available onsite. Host may have other employment but must be
available overnight when on duty.  The town of Julian is 3 miles away and there are paid
