Living quarters are provided. RV Hookup is also available. Ample time off to enjoy beautiful Glacier Park. Must be proficient on computer, provide great customer service, be willing to do whatever it takes, and oversee daily operations of motel. Some maintenance skills are a plus.

Camp Host Couple - Rockport, TX

Camp Host Couple wanted for permanent position in our 82 site RV Park on the beautiful coast of South Texas! Quite, friendly family atmosphere.

Our park includes Clubhouse, Shower/Bathroom Facililtes and Laundry Room and also 2 ponds with catch and release fishing. This position will consist of 20hrs per week for the couple (10/10) and to be available when managers are out of town or off premises for extended period of time.

Our park also has a Propane filling station and we would need the man to take a certication class to dispense propane and be able to lift 20-30 gal propane tanks. And wife to learn office procedures, reservations, payments and some cleaning of clubhouse, bathroom/showers and rental units.

Compensation is monthly salary (paid bi-weekly) and your rv site, including water/trash/sewer and wifi (you will pay elec).

Now Looking for Work Campers for Summer 2016!

  We are looking for a couple or single person to help us out as a work camper next season.  The ideal people must be flexible, friendly, self-motivated, easy-going, able to work without a lot of direct supervision, see what needs to be done and do it, and enjoy variety in their day.  We are especially looking for someone who enjoys landscaping, gardening, mowing, doing maintenance, light carpentry, etc.  Prefer someone who has roots in Wisconsin or the Midwest but not necessary.  It takes about 2 days to cut grass and weedwack, minor projects possibly through out the week. Hours are not possible to set becouse you are outside working in the enviroment so it could be raining or to hot to work so the time  schedule needs to stay flexable. If its to hot to work their is always the pool to cool off and relax.  

ABOUT US:  We are very flexible and easy-going people. We are a smaller park with 99 sites and would like to expand,  What we are looking for is a  jack-of-all-trades types and those who like variety in life, would fit in great!  Ed is a very hands-on type of owner/manager and likes to be involved in many aspects of the business.  Coleen is more involved with Ceramics and the Store plus the  bookkeeping aspect of our businesses. 

Responsibility would include but not limited to Ground maintance , Flower gardens, Pool,  Working in the store, Restrooms, and special events.

Work Exchange for Alaskan Experience - Haines, AK

We are looking for a couple to live in a new home on our property in exchange for 12/hours/week work per person.  Work will include mostly gardening and outdoor work in the summer and  a variety of indoor projects in winter.  We are open to short term 1-2 month stay  as well.

We live in the mountains 40 miles away from the small coastal town of Haines.  While having  most of the luxuries of modern life, we   live as sustainably and  simply as we can.  This new  house allows us to have someone living on our property, to help us maintain this lifestyle as we get older.      We may leave for weeks in the summer and months in the winter  when you would be responsible for maintaining the gardens and greenhouses.  The house  is mostly heated with wood   requires preparing firewood for winter.

This would be the Alaskan experience : joining us in fishing, gathering  foods like berries, growing and preserving foods,  hiking, skiing, and snowshoing, living as  part of a community.
