Park Manager & Maintenance - Kankakee, IL

PARK MANAGER & MAINTENANCE

We are seeking a Full-Time Park Manager and Maintenance Technician for our Mobile Home Community in Kankakee, Illinois. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home (if desired), including free rent, generous delinquency and home sales bonuses, PTO, 401K program and insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct day to day operations of a mobile home community, including budget management, staff supervision as well as maintaining the overall appearance and safety of properties
Effectively collect rent and manage eviction process as necessary
Fill vacancies by leasing lots and/or selling homes as needed
Provide accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, etc.
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are Monday through Friday and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies).
Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Candidates must pass a background check

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 plus years’ property management experience required
Previous Manufactured home experience is a huge plus!!
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
Computer skills required (Microsoft office) and Rent Manager experience a plus

Odell Lake Summer Help - Odell Lake, OR

Come spend your summer at Shelter Cove Resort & Marina on Odell Lake! We are currently taking applications for summer positions for couples and individuals. We offer an hourly wage in addition to a campsite on our property. Must have your own sleeping unit.

Must have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a drug test. We are looking for maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen help, and store cashiers. Gulf Coast RV Resort seeking highly motivated, physically fitpeople who are willing to provide our guest with great southern hospitality ! Seeking 25 hours per week. Must have great people skills, flexibility of hours and days to be worked, and be team players. Duties to include : Answering phones, taking reservations, check in and check out of guest, light maintenance and cleaning. Couple wanted for RV/Cabin/Tent Small Camping Resort - Old Fort, Near Asheville, Lake Lure, Black Mountain, NC

We are a very small park on 42 acres (6 RV sites, 6 primitive cabins, 9 tent camp sites, music hall, kitchen, bath house and small laundry area). We are in need of a couple to assist us in all aspects of the campground operation. Lots of free time is available. We are located in the mountains of western North Carolina, 20 minutes from Asheville, 20 minutes from Lake Lure, 20 minutes to Mt. Mitchell.

These positions are available immediately. We prefer a couple through the summer and fall, and possibly year round.

We are offering a full hook-up 30/50 amp site with utilities and wi-fi included, other compensation possible depending on abilities.

Saturday Breakfast Cooks - Alamo, TX

We are an adult retirement RV Resort in the Rio Grand Valley, currently looking for a couple who would enjoy cooking breakfast. For 10 hours each weekly, you will receive free lot rent and electricity.

Job includes: Planning a breakfast menu and preparing it each Saturday, cleaning up, maybe some shopping and getting volunteers to help you. We keep it simple here, menu items like pancakes, bacon, eggs, or breakfast cassoroles.
