Houseparents - Escondido, CA

We are now accepting applications for the position of Houseparents. We are a unique residential/educational campus that services adolescents ages 12 and up. The campus provides teens a home where they can learn the necessary social, vocational and life skills they need to become happy, successful and productive adults. Houseparents live on site and are responsible for maintaining the home structure for six to eight adolescents. You will live in the same building, but in a separate living space from the students. As a houseparent, you will be scheduled to work 40 hours out of the week and relief staff will be provided on your days off and during the times that you are not scheduled.

You must have your own RV to live in while working this position.  One person will be in charge of running the office while the other will be over the outside maintenance.  We have an outside maintenance person full time as well as a full time housekeeping person.  You will be in charge of runnig the Park while reporting to the Division Manager.

Park Host Couple - West Columbia, TX

We are seeking a professional, friendly and outgoing couple for an RV Resort. The Park Host Couple will provide excellent customer service and efficient operations by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions • Performs administrative duties including, but not limited to, meeting and greeting guests and general public, answering telephones, taking messages, answering email, and monitoring the amenity center. • Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents; copies information from one record to another as directed. • Processes purchases at the camp store and reconciling the till. • Provides tours of the resort to interested tenants. • Processes required paperwork for lease agreements and terminations. • Processes rent payments. • Light maintenance. • Preparing RV sites for turnaround. • Security, including night security. • Janitorial services for common areas. • Accepts tenant complaints, suggestions or requests. • Responds to tenant or staff emergency situations or immediate need situations when General Manager is not available. • May be responsible for opening and closing of the office. Job Requirements • Must have valid driver’s license. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues. • Bilingual preferred. • Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task. • Must have basic computer and data entry skills. • Personable, enjoy working with people, have a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills. • Must have the ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures, maintain effective working relationships with others, understand the follow safety/security policies, work flexible schedules when needed, and meet attendance standards. • Weekend and holiday hours are required. • Must be able to lift 25 pounds. • Ability to pass a background check. • Must have a camper and be available to live in provided RV site. Education/Experience • A high school diploma is required. • Experience with customer service preferred, but not required.

Salary The Park Host Couple’s salary is $8 per hour for a combined total of 40 hours per week (for the couple). This position includes a complimentary full hookup site at the resort.
