Tasks:

1. Entering reservations in the computer and properly filling out the reservation forms information, assignment of rooms, and attending to guest's needs.
2. Properly reporting all cash received and deposits made when reporting to management.
3. Supervision of Housekeeping

  A) Special Skills:

1. Accounting software experience is required and current certification is preferred.
2. Point of Sale Systems: Those who have used Evertec's Credit Card machines is an asset.

You MUST live in Puerto Rico on the South Side of the Island or be ready to move to San German, Puerto Rico.

You must both Speak ,Write,and Read  English because of incoming English Speaking Clients.

Have had 3 years of experience/education involving the supervision of teenagers/young adults. 3. Be capable of providing leadership and spiritual guidance to the young women according to theirspecific needs. 4. Be able to provide evidence of financial responsibility and be relatively free of debts.

Duties — TheHouseparents shall: 1. Be responsible for daily operation of household such as but not limited to planning meals, purchasing groceries, supervising/assisting cleanliness of house, and getting the mail daily from mailbox. 2. Assign household chores to residents and observe their completion (personal, weekly, and extra chores). Administer random bedroom checks and final room check before residents are discharged. 4.
