Seeking couple with travel trailer or Motorhome, to caretake our lodge in Oregon. This is a seasonal job, July - October. We will consider November - June also.

Seeking an experienced and qualified couple to assist in managing a 55+ manufactured home community. Ideally one person for inside office work and the other for maintenance management outside.

Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections, customer service, and/or a sales background. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Must be proficient in personal computer skills and in business-related computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-mail.Basic knowledge on maintenance, irrigation, pool maintenance, HVAC, light electrical, remodeling, and general grounds maintenance is preferred.

AAA Four Diamond Inn in the Texas Hill Country is looking for a live-in general help couple.  You would be trained in all aspects of the inn, and must be willing to do whatever comes up that is not immoral, illegal or unsafe.This is not a management position, so we want to be clear that we're looking for a couple who are willing to help wherever they are needed.  We need one person to work the day shift - setting up and serving breakfast, checking out guests, helping with housekeeping, etc.  The afternoon evening person would be responsible for helping to get ready for check in, doing check ins, laundry, setting up refreshments, some dishes, etc.  All  business in this area depends on weekends and holidays, so you would need to be available to work whatever shifts are needed, but we would try to give you the same days off as much as possible.  This is a 40 hour a week, hourly pay job.

Housekeeping Couple - Rio Grande Valley, Texas - Alamo, TX

Come to the Rio Grande Valley of Texas for the Winter Season.

If you like to clean we have a position for you. 24 hours per week/couple cleaning and light rpair of your rentals. Start Oct. 15, 2016 through April 10, 2017. Many are rented on a monthly basis.

When not working enjoy our many amenities including the par 3-9 hole golf course.
