As  property managers, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collection and cost control. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Operating the office during normal working hours 
- In-person sales
- Answering telephone inquiries (telephone sales)
- Responding to email inquiries
- Collecting rent, including proactively calling customers with past due accounts
- Completing administrative tasks
- Inspecting / monitoring grounds daily
- Completing move-in paperwork / inspections
- Responding to customer service requests
- Cleaning vacated units and perform other light physical labor / maintenance
- Processing auction units in compliance with statute

Successful candidates must have 2+ years of Storage Management Experience as a couple,  display enthusiasm, have good interpersonal skills,  be self-motivated, thorough, and  reliable. Prior self storage management experience is mandatory. Sitelink experience a huge plus.  The ideal candidates will work well with little supervision and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker/Domestic Couple Sun Valley Area - Ketchum, ID

Seeking an organized, smart, self-directed couple with a positive attitude and experience in caretaking and housekeeping.  This is a very "hands-on" position.

The couple will oversee maintenance and provide all housekeeping for a large estate in the Sun Valley, Idaho area. This position is for a family’s second residence and requires that the couple live on site. Compensation consists of private attached one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance with a garage, cable TV, WIFI and all utilities, plus a yearly salary commensurate with experience and references.

When the family is in residence or during special events, extended workdays and hours are required. When the family is not in residence, schedule is flexible. You will manage a grounds crew and the weekly contractors and must know how to do laundry, housekeeping and how keep a large home very clean.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·      Maintain the property to the highest standard - gardening/landscaping experience a definite plus

·      Handle preventive maintenance and repair, working with contractors for upkeep and repair of estate as needed

·      Organize, manage and restock household inventories including grocery and supply shopping, as needed

·      Assist in clean up after dinners and after special events, as required

·      Oversee care of chickens and of dogs when they are on-site, as needed

Requirements: COUPLES ONLY. Must be non-smokers, self-motivated, hardworking, in good health, energetic and meticulous in maintaining the house and property. Would hope for a long-term commitment, taking pride in keeping up a beautiful place to live. No pets or children. No drama. Must keep professional appearance and conduct at all times around owner and guests. Valid driver’s license. Willing to work over holidays and have your holidays scheduled after or before. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and technical systems a plus. Ability to work with minimal direction.  Strong project follow-through. Must pass thorough background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. No criminal background.  Applicants should have familiarity with living in the mountains.  While applicants from all areas will be considered, due to the short time frame, it will be difficult to interview and meet couples on-site who are too far afield.  Ideally this position would be filled by September 1, 2016. Activity Workers Needed - Mission, TX

We are a top quality 55+ RV Resort seeking friendly, energetic, non-smoking couples or singles to work the upcoming Fall/Winter season in our Activities Department (Nov. thru mid-April) 20 hours per person per week.

Winter Caretakers for Remote Lodge - Near Cascade, ID

We are looking for an adventurous couple to caretake our remote backcountry lodge this winter.  This location is only accessible by snowmobile in winter ( 25 mile ride) there is no phone service, we do have GOOD satellite internet and 24 hr sheriff's radio. The lodge is very comfortable and cozy.

Duties would include but not limited to....general housekeeping and maintenance, pumping gas and serving burgers to the occasional drop in snowmobiler, cabin rental and full meals to the VERY occasional guests.  Would need to be on duty by early November and plan to be here through the month of May. Lots of solitude and beauty. Compensation is room and board and a great life style. May consider a small stipend.

As the successful candidates, your responsibilites will include, but are not limited too:

• Must live on-site
• Cleaning and maintenance of interior common areas

Campground Helper(s) - Fort White, FL

We are looking for someone to help work around the campground ASAP in exchange for free camping and use of Tubes, Kayaks and Canoes. You would also have free WiFi

Work would involve cleaning, gardening, some work in the gameroom and various odd jobs.
