SELF STORAGE Resident Management Couple/Team - Saint Paul, MN

MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDED FOR TWIN CITIES MINI STORAGE. Couple needed for August 15 opening at an ideal location. This is an indoor climate controled mini storage.

This is a full time 40 hour/week position with both office and site management duties, as such it is ideal for a couple. This is a resident manager position and compensation includes a very large apartment (plus all utilities) located on the property, an oversized 2 car garage, plus health insurance and bonuses.

Duties include maintaining regular office hours, leasing, computer billing and bookkeeping, deposits, collections, reporting and basic maintenance functions such as keeping the office, vacant storage units and the facility clean and well functioning.

Previous experience in storage industry a plus. Some weekend shifts are required. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

New Mexico/West Texas Facility Attendants - West Texas/New Mexico, TX

Facility/Gate Attendants needed immediately in New Mexico near West Texas. Timekeepers, Inc. is needing a team of 2 now to work as facility attendants.

Work out of your RV 24/7. We provide a 30/50 amp generator, a 200-gallon portable water tank and septic service. Work as an independent contractor. Must be professional, background and drug test required for State Licensing. 

Work Camper's-Cleaning and Maintenance - Pharr, TX

Fun, friendly and active RV Resort in search of Work Campers to clean and provide maintenance for 15 rental units. Upon arrival you will also assist renters to their unit. Once renters are settled in you will be requested to help with other small projects in resort. General work campers are also needed for miscellaneous job duties.

Will work 24 hours a week. Full RV hookup compensation plus use of all the amenaties in park. Must work well with others and be part of the team. Arrival in October thru March (flexible). We look forward to hearing from you!

Seeking motivated individuals. The couple should have experience in running a large home (8700 SQF+). The positions offer living quarters in a large, lovely home in a beautiful town in Lighthouse Point Florida. Position available now and looking for highly professional individuals with clean references and background; people that are not afraid to work hard. Must have infectious positive attitudes, outgoing personalities, service oriented, and be goal driven.  You will be dealing with the owner directly.

The positions will require:
For Him - complete yard maintenance, pool maintenance, handyman responsibilities, odd household jobs and chauffeuring,
For Her - Housekeeping, domestic help like cooking, laundry, cleaning, shopping for groceries, organizing, family cooking, assisting owner at social functions, etc.

40 to 50 hours per week - extra time worked will be accrued

*MUST have at least 3 years experience doing this type of work in high-end homes with chronological references.
This is a permanent position. $45,000 bonus after 3 years in service.
