Workcamper - Retired Couple - Campground Host - Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, AB

We are an RV park located 5.6 kilometers east of Waterton Lakes National Park, which is, also, an International Peace Park with Glacier National Park located in Montana. 

We are looking for workampers-retired husband and wife team, to each volunteer to work 15 hours per week, in exchange for a full serviced site which includes the use of the laundry facilities, from June 1 to September 30, 2016. You must have your own RV.

Some of the work involved is lawn maintenance, cleaning of washrooms, and general maintenance work when required. Also, when needed, you would be required to cover the phone taking reservations and office registering customers and providing them with information of things to do in the area. We are located near a National park, so we get many international travelers, photographers, hikers, golfers and fisherman.

Excellent compensation and long-term, stable opportunity for the right couple to actively manage a beautiful property on the Eastside, just outside of Seattle.  

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic professional couple with solid management experience for a well maintained and busy storage, to help us take the property to the next level via off-premises marketing and pro-active in house sales. This is a permanent full-time storage management position for a couple. We provide a very competitive hourly team compensation from $61,000 to $66,000 plus guaranteed monthly incentive bonuses that ranges from $300 - $800, additional bonuses, phone and mileage reimbursements, newer 2-bedroom apartment with a great deck, including utilities, immediate personal leave benefits, as well as paid holidays, health insurance in 90 days and a positive company environment with excellent support. Must be available to work one weekend day.

You must be physically able, take-charge leaders with strong customer service, sales, office and computer skills. As a team, the maintenance half will sell units to prospective clients, keep up on facility projects, continually clean and tidy the property, and have general handyman skills. Astrong background in property maintenance is required, as you will perform minor repairs including janitorial, painting, carpentry and plumbing. The physical requirements would encompass being able to walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs. This is a very active job, as you will physically walk and inspect buildings on a daily basis.

You will receive paid training, and the support you need, to accomplish the goals for your store, while also providing you a productive work environment and friendly co-workers throughout Puget Sound.

We highly appreciate people who are willing to run the show. Both of you need to have solid computer skills, proven office experience and be a team player. You'll be accountable, dependable, hardworking and just plain fun to be around. We value strong customer service and sales skills, along with an excellent phone demeanor. We need a team who has great attention to detail and follow through. Communication is paramount. You'll direct your office assistant and maintenance on your days off.

Generally, one person will handle office-related matters, the other person will primarily take care of outside duties.Viable candidates must have a great attitude, show attention to detail, and enjoy working with people as well as each other.

This position is full-time.  You both will typically work 45 hours per week – 5 days per week, including one weekend day. The hours are generally 8:50am to 6:10pm.

Guest Ranch in DeBorgia, Montana is offering a unique position for the right couple.  Bring your RV and park it here with full hookups. The right man has lots of experience with horses and mules (trainer using method of least resistance preferred) and is a general all around handyman who can identify and fix anything.  His wife/partner could also have general experience with horses and mules and would answer the Ranch phone which is forwarded to her cell phone to answer questions about reservations for cabin availability, as well as reserve Ranch activities as shown below.  In addition, the couple handles all the housekeeping duties of the facility.

In addition to the free RV parking with full hookups, a generous salary and family style meals are provided. We prefer a couple who is willing to stay on long-term.

The right couple must be physically agile enough to assist in all activities of the Ranch, which include:  horseback riding on Ranch and into the National Forest, hay and sleigh rides, scenic and fishing river rafting trips, snowmobile rentals, and bicycle rentals for the famous Hiawatha Trail.  Also, we customize hunting  packages using horses and pack mules taking hunters  to drop hunt camps in the National Forest .

We rent four unique, antique, log cabins that have been modernized for the comfort of our guests.  The cabins sleep five. The bunkhouse is a two bedroom house that sleeps 12-17.  The Lodge is a guest gathering center that features Dish TV and commercial kitchen to accommodate dining for up to 80 people to host weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, chuckwagon barbecues, fund raisers, political and corporate meetings.  With outside seating, the Lodge can accommodate up to 200 comfortably.

You will work side-by-side with onsite Owner.  When Owner is traveling, couple would oversee Ranch operations.
