Housing provided in one of the private apartments on our Campus with a cash amount commensurate with their work ethic, skill set and competency level.   We operate as a professional Innkeeping tag team with scheduled time off and involvement in community life.

Two person team or couple to profitably manage a U-Haul storage location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.

This is a "two-person" team or "couple" required to live on-ite in company apartment while managing our storage facility. Rent and utilities are included. Pets are not allowed. Accommodations for a large famly are not available. Both individuals will be on the payroll, and will also qualify for benefits.

My client is a professional property management company seeking a Property Maintenance/ Property Manager Team or Individuals for a few of their mobile home & RV park properties in the Fresno, Redding, and Red Bluff area.

Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and able to multi-task. Great communication skill are important. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communicators are a plus but not required. Anyone with this experience should apply for a chance to be a part of a great and fast growing company.

Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to:

Seeking mature, experienced couple to manage 165 acre private, family recreational ranch in Jefferson County, MO.

House with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided.

Responsibilities include management, maintenance and care of land, fields, trails, fences, 3 houses, barns, machinery, equipment, horses & pets, house cleaning, laundry and possibly some cooking.

The home parent couple provides direct care services for the children in placement at Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services. The home parents will work two weeks on and one week off.

Essential Job Functions:

•Provide 24-hour, 7-day-a-week coverage for children placed in a group home for extended periods of time.

•Within the assigned residence, establish and perpetuate a homelike environment which includes both behavioral and emotional warmth and acceptance.

•Insure the physical safety and well-being of children in agency care and promote their spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social growth and development.

•Supervise daily living habits of children, training new skills as necessary or desirable. •Assign, train, and supervise children in household tasks.

•Supervise children in various activities, in cooperation with other staff members, assist in chaperoning or sponsoring off-campus activities.

•Plan and supervise preparation of meals served in the residence. •Participate actively in case planning and service implementation for each child living in the assigned area. •Maintain daily behavior logs, agency reports, medication documentation, financial records, and reports, and menus of meals served.

•Provide transportation for children to and from planned activities using agency vehicles, including passenger cars and 15 passenger vans.

•Work cooperatively with other staff; participate in campus programs and committees as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•Minimum education – high school graduate, one or more years post high school education preferred.

•Two years previous experience with children preferred. Skills: •Good organizational and time management skills required.

•Must have strong interpersonal and parenting skills.

•Must be computer literate and able to operate financial, word processing, and database software within six months of hire.
