Assist in overseeing operations which include, but are not limited to, guest relations, guest and resort activities, resort and/or boat maintenance, food and beverage, housekeeping, landscaping, book-keeping & administration, supervising/managing of staff, staff scheduling, marketing, online marketing, sales and the general day to day activities involved in running the resort. Most importantly the job includes ensuring a great guest experience and guest satisfaction. Meet deadlines, oversee all departments and work together with your staff.

Domestic Couple - Monaco

HNW family of 3 is looking for a domestic couple to take care of their 4 bedroom villa in  Eze, South of France (close to Monaco). This is a permanent full-time position, with a studio flat provided in the territory of the estate. Start immediate.

Duties and responsibilities

    •    Cooking to a high level (breakfast, lunch and dinner; Mediterranean cuisine) 
    •    Table service
    •    Shopping for groceries and cleaning agents
    •    Cleaning and tidying the villa

Fully furnished, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, house, on 88-acre estate in unincorporated Giles County (between Ethridge and Campbellsville), RENT-FREE, plus a share of future crops to right couple in exchange for cooking and cleaning in our house, along with care and maintenance of the property, 2 dogs, 2 horses, some chickens, and 1½ acres of crops (fruits and vegetables).

At their Award-winning family Caravan and Camping Park near Bamburgh, Northumberland.
The role will be to take responsibility for cleaning and presenting our 8 wigwams, 27 Caravan Holiday Homes and BBQ Hut as well as cleaning, presenting and maintaining high standards in the wigwam kitchen and shower/WC facilities, cleaning and preparing the bar & restaurant WCs and offices located in the main complex building and supporting the Touring & Camping Wardens in cleaning and presenting the Touring Shower & WC facilities. There will also be hours supporting customer service in the bar and kitchen and washing dishes. This role commences from the July 2016 through to September 2016 with the possibility of an extension into October 2016.
The salary is at minimum wage and working hours will vary depending on the booking patterns. In peak weeks you will be expected to work up to 6 days per week. Weekend, evening and bank holiday work is required.
 

Breakfast Crew - Bluff, UT

Bistro and Espresso Bar is looking for two professionals to run our breakfasts Tuesdays thru Sundays, March thru October. We are a small restaurant that seats 40 people. We have two servers, a busser,  and a chef currently on staff and are serving lunch and dinner with that crew. We need a couple who can make pastry, pies, pancakes, and operate or be trained to use an espresso machine.

Whomever takes on this position must be looking for a long term situation---someone who wants to live in small town, rural Utah---who loves archaeology, starry skies, quiet, hiking and gardening.. and who enjoys having the winter months off. We are interested in a couple or one skilled pastry maker. Housing is not provided at this time, but a few rentals can be found in Bluff for $450-600/month.
