A small resort and r.v. park is looking a dynamic duo to spend the summer working with us. We have an immediate opening for two awesome seasonal workers. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to; housekeeping activities like making beds, cleaning bathrooms and rooms, doing laundry, bending, lifting, etc. Additionally working in the resort store, waiting on customers and checking in guests. Computer skills, cash handling, a strong work ethic and sense of humor is a must.
Our season runs from now until October 1st, you must be able to work the entire season.
The pay includes a salary of $10 and hour, housing, and an end of the season bonus upon completion of your work contract.

Front desk/ Housekeeping/ Maintenance - Saint Mary, Glacier National Park, MT
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a mature couple to help operate our seasonal cabin rental business. We have 17 cabin rentals and need a front desk position filled, occasional housekeeping and light maintenance and lawn care. It includes checking in customers, being personable and friendly, as well being able to answer basic questions about the Park. This is an evening shift starting at 3pm until 9pm.
You would also be responsible for keeping the laundry going, the office clean and the laundry room organized. The maintenance position is a morning shift that starts at 9am until the checklist is finished. Some days you may need to work a full 8 hours, and other days there might not be much work at all. You are responsible for keeping the lawns mowed, flowers watered, hot tubs clean, and fixing cabin doors etc as they need it. We cannot guarantee 40 hrs a week, so someone with flexibility and a good attitude is essential. We would prefer a couple who enjoys the outdoors and appreciates Glacier Park and all that it has to offer.
This is a smoke free property so we prefer non-smokers. We can provide housing for the right couple, or we have an RV hookup with a million dollar view if you would like to set up your own camp. This position is potentially available every summer so we would like a couple that could see themselves doing this for years to come.

Property Management Team for Manufactured Home Communities - St. Cloud, MN

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated Property Management Team for our Manufactured Home Communities. The Property Management Team will manage the Riverview Park and St. Joseph Manufactured Home Community. The position is hands-on and involves performing the tasks listed below. The communities are owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several other manufactured home communities and rental properties in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.
The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written skills are a must. The property caretakers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the community. These duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins regarding rental booking and lease inquiries
Customer service skills, house showings, and sale of homes
Oversee day to day operations for all communities
Oversee Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Oversee Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Staffing the office and office administration
Process resident inquiries and complaints -- enforcing community living standards
Maintain an update leases and rental contracts
Create, justify and update property budgets
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Type and proof correspondence, memos, budgets, and forms
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions
Implement computer upgrades when needed
Compensation for this position is based on experience.
Horse Wrangler/Handyman/Cabin Rental Reservations Couple - De Borgia, MT

Guest Ranch in DeBorgia, Montana is offering a unique position for the right couple. Bring your RV and park it here with full hookups. The right man has lots of experience with horses and mules (trainer using method of least resistance preferred) and is a general all around handyman who can identify and fix anything. His wife/partner could also have general experience with horses and mules and would answer the Ranch phone which is forwarded to her cell phone to answer questions about reservations for cabin availability, as well as reserve Ranch activities as shown below. In addition, the couple handles all the housekeeping duties of the facility.
In addition to the free RV parking with full hookups, a generous salary and family style meals are provided. We prefer a couple who is willing to stay on long-term.
The right couple must be physically agile enough to assist in all activities of the Ranch, which include: horseback riding on Ranch and into the National Forest, hay and sleigh rides, scenic and fishing river rafting trips, snowmobile rentals, and bicycle rentals for the famous Hiawatha Trail. Also, we customize hunting packages using horses and pack mules taking hunters to drop hunt camps in the National Forest .
We rent four unique, antique, log cabins that have been modernized for the comfort of our guests. The cabins sleep five. The bunkhouse is a two bedroom house that sleeps 12-17. The Lodge is a guest gathering center that features Dish TV and commercial kitchen to accommodate dining for up to 80 people to host weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, chuckwagon barbecues, fund raisers, political and corporate meetings. With outside seating, the Lodge can accommodate up to 200 comfortably.
You will work side-by-side with onsite Owner. When Owner is traveling, couple would oversee Ranch operations.
RESTAURANT/KITCHEN HELP - Work Campers - Tyler, TX
