RV Park and Batting Range located in historic, friendly and beautiful Globe Arizona is looking for a working couple to manage a 24 space RV Park  and a 3 cage Batting Range with a concession stand.

Compensation includes a free RV space with utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi plus a monthly salary.  We seek non-smokers/non-drinkers whose duties include but are not limited to registering RV's, light landscaping and maintenance, and mananging and maintaining the Batting Range and concession stand.  Ready to start immediately for minimum of 6 months.

Ranch Manager/Couple - CDA, ID

SUMMARY Ranch-minded single/couple needed for long term hire on an expansive private ranch in the Northwest -CDA, ID 83814. Seeking an honest, super dependable, experienced, strong, energetic, organized, and self-directed working couple/single; with a positive attitude to serve as Ranch Foreman. Job commences approximately Aug/Sept 2016.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to animal care, gardening, and landscape/property maintenance. Familiar with Construction, Handyman duties, and Mechanically savvy, for small equipment. Must be self-starter, have ability to see what needs to be done, and need to be able to work alone, but also be comfortable taking direction from the owner and working as a team to create a pleasant long term working environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Applicant must take pride in their work. Required computer skills include email, Google research, and basic expense recordkeeping. General Provide a presence as security for entire property. Schedule, perform, monitor all required grounds-keeping. Be capable of supervising contract labor.

Experienced Innkeepers needed for an established Bed & Breakfast.  Separate Innkkeeper apartment is provided.  Must be a great people person and love to work long hours to make sure our guests have a wonderful stay.  

Thibodaux is a nice South Louisiana town.  Our guest expect and deserve Southern Hospitality.  We have 6 bedrooms as well as hosting weddings, showers, birthday parties and other events.  Would also like to possibly open up a cafe or restuarant. Salary up to $45,000 for a couple DOE.

Part Time Apartment Building Caretaker / Manager - Minneapolis, MN

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the building interior and exterior grounds, light maintenance in tenant apartments including painting and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, and other visitors to the property. Property is located near the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus.

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. 

• Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance.
• Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
• Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively. 
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Responsible for showing apartments to prospective residents and assisting them with the application process. 
• May be responsible to work on an on-call basis.
• Anything else that the Owner feels may fall into the Caretakers job description.

This is a part time job, taking care of a 22-unit apartment building. Compensation is a one-bedroom apartment worth $775.00 per month.  Building is located at: 615 15th Avenue Southeast (adjacent to the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus)

Needing a Dynamic Duo - Klamath Falls, OR

A small resort and r.v. park is looking a dynamic duo to spend the summer working with us. We have an immediate opening for two awesome seasonal workers. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to; housekeeping activities like making beds, cleaning bathrooms and rooms, doing laundry, bending, lifting, etc. Additionally working in the resort store, waiting on customers and checking in guests. Computer skills, cash handling, a strong work ethic and sense of humor is a must.

Our season runs from now until October 1st, you must be able to work the entire season.
The pay includes a salary of $10 and hour, housing, and an end of the season bonus upon completion of your work contract.
