Must be self-starter, have ability to see what needs to be done, and need to be able to work alone, but also be comfortable taking direction from the owner and working as a team to create a pleasant long term working environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Applicant must take pride in their work. Required computer skills include email, Google research, and basic expense recordkeeping. General Provide a presence as security for entire property. Schedule, perform, monitor all required grounds-keeping. Be capable of supervising contract labor.
Must be non-smokers, no illegal drugs, and light social drinking is acceptable.

• Responsible for showing apartments to prospective residents and assisting them with the application process.
• May be responsible to work on an on-call basis.

This is a part time job, taking care of a 22-unit apartment building. Compensation is a one-bedroom apartment worth $775.00 per month. Building is located at: 615 15th Avenue Southeast (adjacent to the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus)
Needing a Dynamic Duo - Klamath Falls, OR

A small resort and r.v. park is looking a dynamic duo to spend the summer working with us. We have an immediate opening for two awesome seasonal workers. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to; housekeeping activities like making beds, cleaning bathrooms and rooms, doing laundry, bending, lifting, etc. Additionally working in the resort store, waiting on customers and checking in guests. Computer skills, cash handling, a strong work ethic and sense of humor is a must.
Our season runs from now until October 1st, you must be able to work the entire season.
The pay includes a salary of $10 and hour, housing, and an end of the season bonus upon completion of your work contract.
