Office/Clerical: Correctly use computer with Microsoft Office including Word,Excel, the storage software-( Webselfstorage) Check emails and reply to emails (Check emails at least two times a day and reply promptly).

Property Maintenance: Walk around and inspect units daily for damage, trash, open doors. Inspect and clean units if needed after units are vacated. Perform basic minor maintenance. We will provide detailed job description and duties.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Building Maintenance Couple - Wheatland, WY

Ranch-minded couple needed for long term hire on an expansive private ranch in the Laramie Mountain Range of southeast Wyoming.  We are looking for a maintenance man and a cleaning woman.  There is a large, luxurious main residence and wing, as well as several outbuildings and structures that will need to be maintained and upgraded.  The applicants will be responsible for overseeing all systems within the home with preventative maintenance always in mind.   They will also work with outside contractors/vendors to care for the home.

Full, detail oriented cleaning is required.  Applicants must have experience implementing zone cleaning systems to ensure all areas of the home are detail-cleaned on a regular basis and are ready for occupancy at all times during the high-use season.

Limited off season meal preparation, shopping, etc., will be needed when a summer chef is not on site.  Applicants must be fit and willing to help with physical demands, including helping during wildfire season. 

Applicants will also provide grounds keeping on this rustic yet elegant property.  There are two streams that enter into a pond, water features, sprinkling systems and various walking paths and patios that need to be maintained.  In addition, applicants will plant annuals and maintain perennials with an aesthetic and detailed eye.

Couple team must be comfortable living in the mountains year round and be comfortable in an isolated environment.  They must embrace this lifestyle and take pride in their work.  They need to be able to work alone, but also be comfortable taking direction from the ranch managers and working with a team.  This is not a management position.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for Christian married couples who are passionate for helping at-risk children.  As House Parents you will provide direct care for 6-8 at-risk youth by creating a safe and loving family environment. 

OVERVIEW OF MOST IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Be examples of Positive Role Models with positive and uplifting attitudes

·       Responsibilities of a parent including, but not limited to, the provision of material, physical, spiritual, emotional, and disciplinary needs for children and household

·       Preparing healthy meals and snacks; grocery buying

·       Transporting residents to all designated appointments and therapies

·       Administering and documenting of medications

·       Facilitating ongoing relationships with residents and their families

·       Following and organizing schedules, participating in related planning, and maintaining organized client files and documentation

·       Maintaining a very clean, pleasant, and positive atmosphere in the home

·       Remaining in compliance with state requirements and unannounced inspections

·       Cooperating and communicating professionally with IFH team members

·       Attending required trainings

·       Staying abreast of the latest developments and therapies for children by reading, studying, listening to, networking, seeking out the newest and best practices for the development of children

·       Participating with the children in church on a weekly and regular basis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

·       Must be a Christian couple in a stable marriage with no more than 2 school-aged dependents

·       Due to varying allergies, NO cats. Other pets must be approved before hire

·       Obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card and pass a thorough background check

·       Provide at least 1 personal and 2 professional references that have knowledge of your work ethic and attitude/demeanor

·       A high school diploma or equivalent

·       At least one year post high-school education and one year working with children

·       Be at least 25 years of age or older

·       A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and your MVR document as evidence

·       Flexibility and willingness to work a wide array of hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a 10 days on and 2 days off schedule

·       Provide a physical exam dated within the last three months of hire and a TB test showing free from communicable diseases and capable of the physical requirements needed to run a large family

·       Must possess and exhibit behavior that demonstrates cultural and religious sensitivity and love and compassion for all children no matter what

·       Due to the demands of the position, no house parent may hold a second job
