Well established family seeks highly qualified couple to manage and oversee daily household activities for private family farm in WV. Candidates must possess domestic personal services experience in private residences. Must have Verifiable references and be well versed in maintaining all household affairs.
Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning, cooking, gardening, interior & exterior household maintenance, laundry and household inventory stocking. The position also requires landscape maintenance, tractor & large equipment operations, errands and household organizational skills.
Regular Duties will include; housekeeping, errands, cooking, gardening, landscape maintenance, snow removal, household maintenance and other farm duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have a passion for organic gardening & cooking. A “can-do” attitude, commitment, and confidentiality are required. Clean criminal and credit background is also required, in addition to verifiable references.
Compensation includes combined salary commensurate with the economic location and candidates’ skillset, 2-bedroom 1-bathroom private home onsite and full benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision coverage.

On-Site Self Storage Couple Needed - Carrollton, TX - Dallas, TX

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 330 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.
The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours. The salary package includes the use of an apartment with utilities included.
Major responsibilities will be:
Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.
The office hours are Monday thru Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-5:00 and the gate is open Monday through Saturday 7:00-7:00. The office is closed on Sunday.
Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.
Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.
Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.
All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check, credit check and drug screening.

- Coordinate relationships between the facility, regulatory agencies and local emergency service agencies i.e., fire and police departments.
- Coordinate sustained marketing effort with the Director of Marketing.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communications with all levels of management and staff in order to promote team building and a more efficient operation.
- In coordination with and under the direction of the resident managers, manage all aspects of the operation of the facility, coordinating all programs and work between the various departments.
- Maintain meaningful relationship with the residents to insure that their needs are served, giving proper guidance to the concierge to assist in that process.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the human resources program with the Human Resources Department including hiring/firing, payroll, salary administration, unemployment, workers' compensation etc.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of resident transportation needs.
- Meet with all facility directors and managers to handle all personnel and staffing issues.
- Monitor all aspects of the business office issues including the accounts receivable and payable functions ensuring that invoices are processed according to guidelines and schedules established by the Corporate Accounting Department
