Caretaker and House Cleaner - Roscoe, NY

Private weekend home in Roscoe NY looking for a caretaker and house cleaner.  Main responsibilities include: maintaining buildings and grounds, monitoring property, scheduling and providing access to service providers (heating oil, pest control, etc), snow-plowing in winter, cleaning up the house, kitchen, and bathrooms, and doing laundry every week.  We occupy the house year-round during the weekends.  While maintenance activities are required all year, this position allows for a considerable amount of free time, including having a part-time job elsewhere.

In addition to an annual stipend, the compensation includes occupancy of a 3 bedroom house within the property with paid utilities.

Relevant experience in caretaking, home repair/maintenance, and housecleaning are required for this position.
