We have 3 open houseparent positions for immediate hire as of 7/26/16!!
Single males/females and married couples will be considered.

We are a co-ed International Golf Academy with students ranging from ages 13-19. We are staged on a beautiful, gated, lakeside community. Our student housing are in villas on a private golf course about 45 min outside of Orlando. Along with our housekeeping staff, we have an executive chef that prepares student and staff meals.

Job Description:
Live In & Live Out House Parent daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
*Keeping assigned houses neat and clean in between housekeeping visits.
*Work with adolescents in a residential environment
*Campus wide supervision
*Student Transportation
*Guide students in the development of proper conduct, good manners, ethical behavior and empathy skills
*Chaperone off-campus activities and on-campus events
*Participate with students in planning, organizing and implementing on and off campus events
*May have "side assignments" such as bulletin board prep, keeping track of birthdays, van preparation... etc.
*Be responsive to company cell phone 24/7

-"Live-in" staff are provided a master suite and private bath
-"Live-out" singles will receive on campus accommodation. Might be required to share a two bedroom apartment with another single live-out staff (split floor plan).
-"Live-out" couple will have a private apartment.
(No pets allowed for the "live-in" houseparents, with a deposit, small dogs can be considered for the live out position.)

Job qualifications:
Must work well on a team!
Must be flexible!!
These are other peoples children so being trust worthly and responsible is a must.
Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills.
Self motivated & the ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills, word, excel, email.
A valid drivers license.
Bilingual a plus but not required.
Must pass a background check, drivers license check and drug test,
Non-smoker...
CPR/First aide a plus but not required.

Hours - Houseparent are on 24/7 with varied days. There is down or "free time" during the week.
