FEATURED JOB OPENING: LIVE-IN COUPLE in HAMPSHIRE - Handyman/Gardener and Housekeeper - Hampshire, UK

Full-time, live-in domestic couple for 8 bedroom cottage in Hampshire. Family live in London and come to the property at weekends.

A fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced, positive domestic couple to work for a Franco/British family in a charming cottage on 10 acres in Hampshire woodland, 40 miles SW of London.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least one of the couple must speak Fluent English.

MINIMUM 10 years in gardening/housekeeping of which 3 years in the UK a must.

5 days a week including weekends

Versatility essential.

Two full UK driving licences required; CRBs and excellent references necessary; occasional requirement to travel with family.

Basic IT knowledge. 

Housekeeper duties to include all household cleaning, laundry, cooking to dinner party standard, managing and ordering home supplies and organising all household inventory; occasional child minding.

Handyman/Gardener dutiesinclude managing the grounds, general property maintenance, enlarging vegetable garden, managing small building projects, driving, care of tennis court and pool, cleaning car, security, handy person and errands as necessary. Knowledge of caring for animals – chickens, dogs and ponies - a plus.
