Young at heart and mind needed to help with daily operations of our family-owned cabins and seasonal RV park. The season is from mid-April to mid-October 2024.

We are located across the road from Lake Almanor and approximately 31 miles west of Susanville, California. We are surrounded by the Lost Sierra, with ample opportunities for Exploring, Biking, Fishing & Hiking, with Lassen Volcanic National Park just a short drive away.

We're looking for a friendly and personable camp host couple (on single) to work 5 days on and 5 days off, giving you plenty of time to explore the area.

This is a paid position; compensation includes salary and a full-hookup RV site (with 30amp electric and high-speed fiber optic WIFI). Salary TBD based on experience.

It is important to us that you are outgoing, proactive, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about the area and our guests. Our camp is known for its relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. We are not your typical camp, our RV park will be occupied by seasonal guests, with guests arriving daily in our cabins. We try to be more of a camping destination than a quick stopover. We are looking for someone who can help facilitate this atmosphere and make our guests’ stay a memory they will cherish.

Camp Host Managers - Bridgeport, CA

We are located on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir, at 6500ft in the high Eastern Sierra of California; surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains on three sides with ample Exploring, Biking, Fishing & Hiking; only a stone’s throw from Yosemite, as well as many other incredible destinations.

We're looking for 2 friendly and personable couples (singles will also be considered) to work 5 days on and 5 days off, giving you plenty of time to explore.

The Managing couples/singles will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our RV camp.

This is a hands-on position and responsibilities include but are not limited to guest satisfaction, supervision of the camp and team members, administrative support to the camp, reservations, maintenance, site and facilities cleaning, and providing guests with information on local attractions and recreation opportunities.

Community Management Team (Mobile Home Park) - Lithonia, GA

I’m seeking a professional team to manage a manufactured home community and staff. The ideal team will have strong customer service skills, office, sales + marketing, maintenance, and a minimum of 3-5 years of Manufactured/Mobile Home Management experience. 

  Location: Lithonia, GA

Salary Range: $70-$80k + plus housing + commission 

Essential Functions: 

Sell new, used and foreclosed homes  

Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans 

Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate 

Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income 

Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns 

Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team 

Recruit, train and develop Staff 

Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities 

Communicate and manage policies and procedures 

Create and ensure a safe work environment 

Protect and maintain Company assets 

Control expenses 

Maintain professional behavior  

Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Required Skills: 

Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision 

Strong leadership and decision making skills 

Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff performance

Education and Experience: 

High School Diploma or equivalent 

3-5 years’ experience in Mobile Home Park property management 

Strong customer service skills 

Maintenance and Sewer management experience

Domestic Couple Sought - Savannah, GA area

A staff-friendly family is looking for a couple to take care of them and their home near Savannah GA. As the housekeeper, you will be required to clean and manage the 5,000 sq. ft home, do the laundry and ironing, some simple food preps and cooking, and running errands including grocery shopping. Occasionally, you will be asked to serve at table as part of a more formal dining experience; the job also includes occassional house and pet sitting (1 well-behaved dog), and looking after the young teen daughter when the principals are away overnight.

The estate manager will be tasked with most of the driving, handling handyman jobs around the estate, and helping manage the household, including looking after vendors and managing projects; landscaping skills a plus. 

Remuneration package includes $120K plus earned bonuses, off-site nearby condo/house provided, plus usual sick pay, medical insurance, 3-weeks paid vacation and holidays off or time-off in lieu, etc.

If training is needed on any of these tasks, it will be provided. Couple must understand family preference for professional but friendly service that allows the family privacy and quiet. Experience preferred as long as you are still passionate about providing service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic work camping couple who wants to experience the small town Montana lifestyle for a summer, and believes that we should leave where we live and visit better than we found it. 

At the park our employees wear many hats. Office staff will perform check-in/out functions, answer phones, and keep the store and entrance area neat and tidy.  Outdoor employees will perform escorting, light electrical, some carpentry, site maintenance, and general campground chores. Experience pumping propane is a plus, but we will train. Must have strong interpersonal skills, work well with others and have an interest in bettering our world through small sustainable actions. Note: We require all team members to rotate bathroom/cabin cleaning responsibilities as well as take turns monitoring the after hours emergency phone. 

We do our best to have all spouses/couples work same days. Hours worked will be in the range of 32-38 per week during peak season, with the potential for less during the slower times.  Full Hook-up site is included with commitment to after hours phone monitoring.  $13/hour, plus $1/ every hour worked end of season bonus for all team members who complete employment agreement start and end dates.
