If you enjoy living + working in a stunning outdoor setting then Teton Peaks Resort may be for you! We are looking for an energetic personality or two who will take pride in contributing to our hospitality operation. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, laundry, restocking supplies, changing linens, emptying trash receptacles, replenishing tolietries and towels, and guest interaction.

Basic physical requirements are the ability to physically walk around the five-acre property, the lodge and RV park and climb stairs multiple times per day, and to be able to physically handle some heavy lifting at the same time. The lodge is two-stories and when assisting with housekeeping we need someone who can carry armloads of supplies up and down. You need to be able assist another person with things like moving a heavy TV table or a mattress. Personalities needs to be upbeat and posses a desire to be friendly and engaging with guests, and assist your coworkers, with an ability to see the big picture of what we are all here to accomplish each day. The ability to work with a flexible job description is critical, but know that the on-site innkeeper has your back.
The unit mix features 23 guest rooms, 3 tiny homes, and 3 glamping tents.
We can't say enough about how amazing Teton Valley, ID is to live in. We sit smack dab between Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks that are both 1-1.5 hours away. We are super close to incredible rivers and hiking trails with abundant wildlife; skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking at Grand Targhee, and F&B options in Driggs + Victor. Tetonia has a local restaurant, and a bar with a Saturday night summer concert series within walking distance from the property. And we have a 29-mile rail trail a few minutes walk down the road. Jackson, WY is just over the pass from us and offers another vibrant cultural center.
Compensation can vary based on experience and includes a full hook-up site in the RV park, and free laundry facilities. Applicants need to have their own self-contained RV.
We are currently looking for seasonal support for the high season we are ramping up to, Mid May- end of September. inquire about part + full time positions.
On Site assistant Innkeeper(s) @ Base of Grand Tetons - Tetonia, ID

General tasks include front desk management, guest relations, marketing, housekeeping support, and brand ambassador in the community! You'll be joining a team of three working alongside our current innkeeping couple as well as our housekeeping lead.

We are currently in a renovation and growth phase and need you to pitch in with projects alongside day to day responsibilities. Being willing to help fix problems and research possible solutions. You may be asked to assemble a piece of furniture, rip out a carpet, paint a wall, help fix a leak, lend a hand with ongoing projects, help design a dog play area, pitch in withthe coffee shop, or just help watering the plants! No worries if you dont have experience in some of these fields - Its the attitude, physical ability, and willingness to go for it that matters most!
Schedule will fluctuate based on the seasons but generally you'd be working 30-40 hours a week.
On site accommodations included with compensation consist of a circa 375 sqft furnished room with private bathroom, or a full hookup Rv slot. Innkeepers share a lounge + full (brand new) kitchen.
The unit mix features 23 guestrooms, 3 tiny homes, 3 glamping tents, and 22 RV sites.
Compensation can vary based on experience and includes free on-site accommodations.
Year Round employment is ideal but we would consider seasonal support as well.

General Accountabilities for Resort Manager Person 1

General Accountabilities for Resort Manager Person 2
- Reviews renewals and prepares budget increase recommendations according to the operating budget and market conditions.
- Prepares and follows guidelines of community operating budget, and makes recommendations for ways to maximize income and minimize expenses.
- Performs a variety of duties associated with leasing/marketing and community functions.
- Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, etc.
- Analyzes and monitors community market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
- Monitors closing rations of leasing associates to ensure requirements are met and provides additional training as necessary.
- Supervises the planning and implementation of, and attends and monitors, various community recreational and social activities.
- Ensures staff is implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Supervises and ensures collection of all rent and other Resort income.
- Inspects Resort common areas, models, and vacant units regularly and completes the community inspection report.
- Reviews and approves or rejects resident applications.
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards.
- Performs a variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs.
- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in the local business community and develop a rapport with the residential community.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Ensures all on-site staff has enrolled in and completed necessary courses
FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker Couple - Tallahassee, FL

One of two positions is full time - Extensive fencing maintenance. Overseeing the grounds & landscape crew to include weeding, edging, blowing, mowing, cutting and chopping wood,, etc.. General handyman duties for several buildings. Annual exterior holiday decorating. Must have some experience with handyman and/or landscape maintenance and the use of power tools. Ability to lift heavy items.
Two of two positions is part time - Weekly cleaning of main home and two smaller homes (experience required).
Maintenance and cleaning of renovated barn that houses small cat colony. A nice, one bedroom apartment provided with utilities included in exchange for daily cat feeding and cat area cleaning.
Caring for additional pets as needed.
A LOVE of animals is imperative.
Organic gardening experience is a plus!
Residential Director Houseparents - Jacksonville, FL

Safe Harbor Boys Home/Maritime Academy is seeking a Director of Residential Services - preferably a couple to learn the program, hire and train houseparent couples or singles, and assess applicants for admission to the program. Safe Harbor is a Christ-centered maritime ministry providing residential care, vocational education, and therapeutic services to adolescent boys and their families ages 14-17 years of age.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for catalyzing the program as if it was a start up ministry. Responsible for staff recruiting and hiring for the Residential program.
Residences are located aboard vessels of varying sizes for residents and on campus staff. Familiarity with yachting/boating and living in a maritime environment will be essential. .
Responsible for managing all activities related to the Residential program including assessment of applicants.
Fosters a collaborative, trust based organizational culture.
Master’s degree in education, human service administration or related degree and a minimum of five years of effective management experience. Experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields or in the maritime/shipping field leading a crew may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree. Prior houseparent experience is a plus.
